I Manifested Becoming an Actor Part 2

A few weeks back I posted this story from Altorro and how he manifested becoming an actor in just two weeks. Here’s Part I


To recap:

“How could this happen in just two weeks? I had zero contacts and experience in acting or film production but here I was! I didn’t have a speaking part but I was one of the actors in the scene.

It was just as I had said. I was on a professional set and getting paid but keep in mind I was “out of there” (laid off) regarding my job. It was enough to make you dizzy.

There is more to tell, but here’s a hint. During that day on the set I got the next gig, a bigger one and it started my career as an actor – a successful one!”

So here is the rest of his amazing story.
 
“My path into acting began as a direct result of the words I spoke. The first part was when I was watching a self-help teleconference in my home office, I clearly recall being directly asked the question twice, ‘What do you want to do?’ I was also instructed to picture what that would be like using as many of my five senses possible. I wanted to act, and I said so.

Two weeks later I had a crummy day at the office and I said to myself, “I’m out of here.” So guess what? They had a reorganization shortly after and I WAS out of there before I was ready.

It’s as if I got myself fired from my real estate job but I did get that first acting gig immediately. It was a nonspeaking part as a stand-around Secret Service agent.  This was definitely not a career move but here’s what happened when I was on my very first set.

After my very first shoot, I was approached by someone on  the set that offered me another acting part. I was elated! That part went successfully and many more followed.. I am a full-time actor with a lot of experience now. My many friends in the business are amazed that I can live on the East coast, out of the normal ‘loop’ and be so busy.

Here’s where it gets really interesting. A sizable production cast me in a role and the writer and producer invited me to direct. I had to ask myself,” Am I a director?” I thought about my work experiences before coming to this point and realized I have been doing some major directing so I said yes and became the director of the production.

Everything went well and we wrapped it all up a year and a half ago. It was a solid piece of work but the film wasn’t being shown. It’s one thing to make a film but quite another to get it out to the public in a big way.

It was last October and I was thinking back to the power of my words. That’s when I declared, ”This film is going to be seen!”
 
A few days later I got a call from the producer and owner / writer of this production. There would be a new screening in Washington D.C. As it turns out, this new screening will be on my birthday in August 2015 and gets even better. The film will be screened at the World Music and Film Festival there – a very big deal!

Are you sitting down? It just keeps coming. The film received two nominations, Best Producer and Best Actor in a Feature Film! In a very short time I had gone from my unsatisfactory real estate job to a career as a nominated actor, director and have quickly amassed substantial experience in many other aspects of this fabulous business.

Before I run I just have to tell you about my next role: a speaking part in The House of Cards. I’m set up for my fitting and we will be shooting soon.
 
Please let me leave you with this: Now I watch what I say and make sure that whatever I speak is in line with my goals. It’s my biggest speaking gig!”

I have to laugh out loud. Manifesting 123 is all about going into a move in your future but Altorro made it a literal one.

He made another important point. When things aren’t going his way he takes action and creates a “re-solution.” He is going to state a new goal so he clears a moment of time, collects himself and clearly states the goal. “Then bam! It’s like a nail going into the board, “ he says. Later, he is covering this statement in his daily Movie as the book suggests.
