I Instantly Manifested That Singular Sock from Thousands!
You have to love this story. The pressure was on and the odds were long but Patrice and her manifesting came through. This is a great demo of what we can do, large or small. Check out the quote at the end of the story….

My husband, two kids and I were at an outlet shopping mall on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed. We had been there about three hours and we were all getting weary of the crowds. My husband was trying to steer the kids back to the car, when my 11 year old daughter spotted a store dedicated entirely to selling colorfully printed “mismatched” socks – basically a ‘tween’s dream store! She begged for us to go inside. I promised my husband we would take a “quick” look. No more than 10 minutes. He resignedly planted himself, along with all of our shopping bags, at a seating area just outside of the store.
Inside there were socks of every color, pattern, print and style in strategically arranged displays. The idea was to pick different socks in order to “mismatch” them and create your own style. A sales clerk approached and informed us of a special sale going on that day – if we picked out any six socks we could get another six socks free. That was all my daughter need to hear to start running through the store picking out socks.
When more than 10 minutes went by and we were still sock shopping I looked out the front of the store to check on my husband. He gave up the sitting position and was now laying down on a low brick wall with our shopping bags piled around him. I knew I had to wrap things up soon before he started snoring in public.
My daughter had a shopping basket with 11 mismatched socks, just one shy of the 12 sock requirement. She said she was looking for a sock with hearts on it but couldn’t find one. The sales clerk motioned us towards a huge bin stuffed with clearance priced socks, and told us that there might be a heart printed sock in there somewhere. The bin was literally the length and depth of a cattle watering trough and I thought ‘Holy cow, there are literally thousands of socks in there and this will be like looking for a needle in a haystack!’
The sales clerk told my daughter the heart print is very popular, gently suggesting to her that there just might not be another one left in the store. I pointed out to my daughter her father sleeping on top of a wall outside of the store, and told her to just pick a different sock so we could leave. She was resigned to do so, but she looked so sad, and we were having so much fun in that store, that I said “Let’s give it a go!” The sales clerk, my daughter and I immediately began digging though that huge, seemingly bottomless bin of socks.
Without over thinking it, and within the space of what was probably 15 seconds at most, I took a deep breath, closed my eyes, and let my heart feel the calmness and happiness and sheer joy of being in that crazy sock store with my beautiful and amazing daughter, and the absolute fun and silliness of what we were doing at that moment. I gracefully and softly asked from my heart for a perfect heart sock and within the space and time of an exhale I placed my hand in the bin and simultaneously opened my eyes to retrieve exactly that sock. I can’t even begin to explain the feeling, the knowing, that I did in fact manifest that sock.
Later that weekend, while we were folding laundry and laying out all 12 socks, I told my daughter “how” I manifested that sock from that gigantic bin. She gave me the perfect response, “Mom, anything is possible if you believe it, even a heart sock.”
Manifesting 1-2-3 is a game changer in my life. Once I read the book I immediately began using Ken’s movie technique to successfully manifest all kinds of things, big and small. But what really fascinated me from his book was the story of how he worked with Judy Goodman to learn how a thought can be “formed up” into reality through the manifesting process.
That day in the sock store I did in fact pull a single, perfect heart print sock right out of that huge bin. I can only describe it as feeling like the sock just sort of appeared right on top of the thousands of other socks.
