OMG This Works! Miraculously Out of Foreclosure in 48 Hours

I was in a real jam. I have a carpet and upholstery business and seemingly overnight I had no business. The entire company revolves around me. I take the calls, set the schedule and then I’m the guy that drives the van and goes out to do the job. When business is going better I can afford someone to help with the phone calls and scheduling, a big load off my back. Here’s how bad it was. My house is about to go into foreclosure. I’m $30,000 behind. There’s also the credit card debt, not a small sum. I’m on the phone hustling for business and very little is happening. I’m getting a few small jobs but I can’t figure out how I’m possibly going to catch up and not lose my home. It was January of 2013 and I called one of my reliable customers, Ken Elliott. Every now and then he has me do some carpet touch up in his home. He agreed to have me over in a couple of days. I drove over, got the work at Ken’s finished and we talked a bit. He asked me how things were going.I didn’t let on about how bad things were. I let him know I could always use more business so he talked to me a little bit about Manifesting 123. She told me what she wanted done and I began to make the list. Her home was filled with wall-to-wall carpeting. This was just magical. It was going to be a pretty nice job. Then something else happened. She started making what I would call the “oh by the way” list. “Oh by the way can you do that runner and those couches and chairs?” I thought, of course and I added it to the list. “Oh yes and I’ve got an area rug under the dining room table. Well actually, just do all of the area rugs everywhere in the house and put them on the list.” After walking the entire house, essentially everything that was carpet and and major upholstery was put on the list. The total job came to $15,000! I was completely stunned but I jumped right in. Everything went beautifully, she was very happy, and I was immediately paid. On the way back home I was thinking about that home foreclosure. I had some cash now. The next day I called my bank and talked about my eminent foreclosure. Everything changed in a magical way again. Instead of having a phone call where I was deep in the hole over $30,000, the conversation shifted into a negotiation. The banker was talking about a loan modification. Instead of having to come up with tens of thousands of dollars, they would rewrite the loan using a monthly payment I could better afford. There would be a price to pay though, $9000. Unbelievable! I Took the deal before somebody changed their mind. Our home was saved and I had money to pay off the credit card debt as well. My 11-year-old daughter was happy too. I did something nice for her and let her know that that daddy wasn’t in such a bad place and worrying. Happy day. I called Ken the day after I saw him and left a short message on his answering machine. I thanked him and told him I got a very nice job just one day after we talked. Ever since then, business has been good. I was over Ken’s house last week doing a bit more work and as we always do afterwards, we took a little time to talk. He remembered my phone message from almost 2 years ago. Turns out he had saved that phone message all this time. I insisted on buying the manifesting 123 book, it certainly had paid off for me. Then I told him this full story. When was over, we started laughing like crazy and high-fived. What a happy moment for both of us. It’s been a remarkable ride.
