OMG This Works! Miraculously Out of Foreclosure in 48 Hours
I was in a real jam. I have a carpet and upholstery business and seemingly overnight I had no business. The entire company revolves around me. I take the calls, set the schedule and then I’m the guy that drives the van and goes out to do the job. When business is going better I can afford someone to help with the phone calls and scheduling, a big load off my back.
Here’s how bad it was. My house is about to go into foreclosure. I’m $30,000 behind. There’s also the credit card debt, not a small sum.
I’m on the phone hustling for business and very little is happening. I’m getting a few small jobs but I can’t figure out how I’m possibly going to catch up and not lose my home.
It was January of 2013 and I called one of my reliable customers, Ken Elliott. Every now and then he has me do some carpet touch up in his home. He agreed to have me over in a couple of days.
I drove over, got the work at Ken’s finished and we talked a bit. He asked me how things were going.I didn’t let on about how bad things were. I let him know I could always use more business so he talked to me a little bit about Manifesting 123. At this point, he had not written the book yet but he clearly had mapped it out.
He said it was free to try this manifesting thing, so why not? I certainly had a lot to lose if I couldn’t get some big money fast. What he explained to me was clear and simple. I started manifesting that very night. I visualized my future were business was good and I was still living in my home. I was so hopeful that this could happen. Even if it was just a fantasy, it felt good to imagine a time in the future where I didn’t have these problems.
ONE DAY LATER, here is what happened.
I got a call from someone that wanted her carpets and some upholstery done right away. Her home was in one of the better Denver neighborhoods and I was happy to set the appointment. When I arrived at her address, I quickly realized she was in one of the very best parts of that neighborhood. It was an enormous home and I was happy to be there.
She told me what she wanted done and I began to make the list. Her home was filled with wall-to-wall carpeting. This was just magical. It was going to be a pretty nice job. Then something else happened. She started making what I would call the “oh by the way” list. “Oh by the way can you do that runner and those couches and chairs?” I thought, of course and I added it to the list. “Oh yes and I’ve got an area rug under the dining room table. Well actually, just do all of the area rugs everywhere in the house and put them on the list.”
After walking the entire house, essentially everything that was carpet and and major upholstery was put on the list. The total job came to $15,000! I was completely stunned but I jumped right in. Everything went beautifully, she was very happy, and I was immediately paid.
On the way back home I was thinking about that home foreclosure. I had some cash now.
The next day I called my bank and talked about my eminent foreclosure. Everything changed in a magical way again. Instead of having a phone call where I was deep in the hole over $30,000, the conversation shifted into a negotiation. The banker was talking about a loan modification. Instead of having to come up with tens of thousands of dollars, they would rewrite the loan using a monthly payment I could better afford. There would be a price to pay though, $9000.
Unbelievable! I Took the deal before somebody changed their mind. Our home was saved and I had money to pay off the credit card debt as well.
My 11-year-old daughter was happy too. I did something nice for her and let her know that that daddy wasn’t in such a bad place and worrying. Happy day.
I called Ken the day after I saw him and left a short message on his answering machine. I thanked him and told him I got a very nice job just one day after we talked.
Ever since then, business has been good. I was over Ken’s house last week doing a bit more work and as we always do afterwards, we took a little time to talk. He remembered my phone message from almost 2 years ago. Turns out he had saved that phone message all this time.
I insisted on buying the manifesting 123 book, it certainly had paid off for me. Then I told him this full story. When was over, we started laughing like crazy and high-fived. What a happy moment for both of us.
It’s been a remarkable ride. I’m still manifesting every day, going into my future and making good things happen. My life is so much better now.

What an amazing turn-around in one day!
How interesting that I would save Spencer’s phone message for year and 10 months. There are no other saved messages on my phone. I had to go out of my way to erase all the others and keep his on my phone.
But I saved it for couple of reasons. His short message was an early affirmation that Manifesting 123 works. Also, each time I heard his message, it was a prompt to get serious and write the book!
On the website there are over 100 wonderful stories to read. The stories come in all flavors, and with big and small results. Some of the real shockers are the ones that happen really fast, like 24 hours fast. I’m not out there promoting overnight results, but the stories speak for themselves. I will offer whoever if you do these manifesting techniques you will get a result.
Spencer was in a real fix with his house on the line, big credit card debt and an 11-year-old daughter to shelter and provide for. Even if Spencer’s business was going pretty well, the numbers were still overwhelming in size.
He continued to offer up prayers and then took a chance on manifesting. Without any special training, a book or even rough notes, he made it work for him. It is so very simple. He went to the future and imagined he was still in his home and his finances were doing well. He was imagining his happy and secure future and walking around in it. Then he added that he was grateful for this wonderful outcome and thanking God as well.
With one surprise job, he was suddenly in the fortunate position of being able to comfortably keep his home and pay off the credit card debt.
Spencer is very thankful on a daily basis. He wakes up that way. It’s the bonus I talk about in the book, gratefulness. It is very helpful to the manifesting process and it has a feel-good side effect.
It didn’t matter if Spencer was good at this, knew the material thoroughly or believed it would work. He used his thoughts and prayers as a last-ditch effort to solve some really hard problems.
I’m going to continue to keep his phone message for a while longer, it’s a great reminder. You might want to make a point to remember this one for yourself.
