Manifesting Big During the Workshop! Part 2

Last week Neanne wrote about her most unusual rental home sale. First off, she got the sale only to have the interested buyer back out. Then, for reasons unknown, the same buyer came back a few hours with a better offer, over the listing price! All this happened while Neanne was attending a Manifesting 1,2,3 workshop!

Here’s the first story:
Manifesting Big During the Workshop, part 1

Neanne and her husband owned a second rental property and their plan was to sell it as well. With those sales they could pay down what they currently owe on their primary home and simplify their lives. As Neanne wrote in the first story, her first rental home sold in a miraculous way. Neanne knows that manifesting works so she began manifesting the sale of rental home #2. Here’s what happened.

Neanne writes:
Here’s where I am with the remaining rental home for sale. I am well-read regarding manifesting and I have been practicing it for years.  However, when I read Manifesting 1,2,3 and you don’t need #3, I discovered how simple the process really is. It gave me clarity. I learned how our thoughts actually make it happen and that was the game changer! Manifesting worked brilliantly for the rental home #1 so I put it right to work on rental home #2.

My intention was to get the best possible price quickly and efficiently. Common wisdom says it wouldn’t be easy but my manifesting gives me an uncommon advantage.

Rental home #2 is not in the greatest location. I have co-workers with homes on the market nearby and they are not selling. The overall market in the city is good, but not in this neighborhood.  We had listed the house before but unfortunately, we had to pull the listing for lack of interest.

While getting the house ready to sell, I was manifesting a good outcome. Once house #2 was prepped it was time to list it online. So ready, set, go, we posted our listing. ONE HOUR later we sold the house for $15,000 over our listed price!! It was the fastest sale my agent had ever had!

Was it a coincidence? I don’t think so because others listing nearby clearly didn’t have results like ours. Plus, it was really nice to get that sale on my birthday.

Now I am working to manifest more good things. There’s no stopping now!
