My Money Problems Were Solved Fast!

Lately things have been going well. I began teaching art online with private clients and it has been fulfilling and even a bit profitable. I took the idea further and recently taught more art classes in France this summer. That was pretty doggone wonderful! I can’t say I have been working diligently to manifest these things. You can call me a part-timer in the manifesting department but I’m very happy to have what seems to be an advantage in making things happen.

Just before I left for France, the tenant in my rental house in Southern California gave notice. There was no time to do anything before leaving for a month, so I went to France, bringing along 9 lovely women and focused my time on teaching art there.

When I got home, there was the little house, alone and in need of a tenant. I had my property management company place an ad but after two weeks I was without a prospect in sight. There were absolutely no responses. The other part of this story is that my adjustable mortgage was going by $1200. Immediately. I was feeling pretty desperate. I needed a tenant now and they needed to pay more than other tenants had paid in the past.

I remember the exact moment I got relief. I was sitting at the library and got the Manifesting 123 newsletter email from you. It was a story from someone who had manifested becoming an actor. It was 12:30 pm.

I read it with fascination because I had forgotten that I also have this unique ability to manifest. I have done it off and on in my life so, at 12:30 I put out this affirmation, “I have the perfect tenant now who really WANTS to rent my house a $3150. a month.”

At 12:50, I remember the sound of the fox hunt (that’s my computer email notifier.) It was my property manager telling me that there was a pastor who was relocating to Southern California. He was going to head up a small church there and it would allow him to get back to the shore where he had grown up. He was very interested in renting my house! Further, his parents who already live in the community had gone to my house, videotaped it and sent the video to their son. So he had “seen” the house and the everyone was in agreement that this was the right house for the pastor.

That afternoon we did the credit check and by 4:00 I had a new tenant!
 
Another amazing and wonderful reminder that manifestation works if we will just ask for what we desire!
