The Property Would Not Sell Until We Manifested the Perfect Solution

Several years ago my husband and I purchased a 10 acre ranchette in the Colorado mountains during the height of the real estate market. We wanted to custom build a home there. This property is in a very special part of the state with amazing views and quick access to outdoor activities all year round including skiing nearby.

The advantage of this property was that there was a smaller home already on it, allowing us to live there while we built our new home on the site.

When the financial world turned upside down, we could no longer afford to build. This was a blessing in disguise because we purchased another home nearby that was much better for us and half the price of building a new one.

We listed our ranchette for several years but with the market in turmoil, we couldn’t sell the property. Even though we rented it out, it was beginning to drain us financially and emotionally.

We met Ken at a party in 2013 and became fast friends. One day we told Ken our story and how we couldn’t get this property to sell. He explained how thought actually works, creating constantly around us and taught us how to manifest for ourselves. I later attended his workshop, heard more encouraging strategies and came away fully understanding the manifesting concepts. We can do this

My husband and I went right to work on manifesting the perfect sale of our property. We were inspired and more than just hopeful because of our first big success. Right away, my husband manifested the close of a very important business deal that had been in limbo for over a year. from the Manifesting 123 story archive: The Biggest Contract Ever!

We were thinking if he could close that complicated deal, the property sale could happen too, but when? We began to manifest our property solution together. Not a lot of time had passed before we got The Call. It was great news! We sold the property for a great price. The deal was absolutely perfect for us because the buyer wanted to purchase and close within the last two weeks of the year.

By just adjusting our paradigm a little bit and using the simple instructions in the book, we were able to realize our desire to sell this property at last. Our buyer was pleased and my husband and I were very grateful!

That’s a Happy New Year!

What a great finish to 2014 for V. and her family. All of their financial concerns became celebrations. Between trying to close that big business contract and paying out for a property they no longer needed, they were feeling the squeeze.

For a very long time they had been doing all they could possibly do on both fronts but without success. Thankfully, they were attracted to the stories of others that used Manifesting 123 and became convinced to give it try themselves.

Using the simple techniques, they clearly saw a future where their successful result had already occurred and they were grateful. Also, they followed the bonus in the book, expressing thanks for the Seven Grateful Things in their present and even from the past. It is a very powerful way to enhance your manifesting efforts and to experience happiness, success and joy. This also provides an opportunity to thank God or the god of your understanding for the gifts of your life. To call it a bonus is putting it lightly.
