We Need to Make the Plan Work Now
I want to share an experience that happened on December 30th of last year. My friend and I went to Joshua Tree National Park in California to spend New Year’s Eve. We had decided to camp out and bring in the New Year at the park. It was a great plan, enjoying the outdoors rather then the usual celebrations in the city. It was a three-hour drive to get there, so we got on the road early that morning. We got to the park just after 1:00 pm and saw a very long line of cars at the ranger ticket booth. My friend said, “This doesn’t look good.” He was right. Once we entered the park, we started driving around the different campgrounds looking for a spot. Every campground was full.We were in a fix and three hours from home. This is a great idea, but we needed that campsite. Ideas? Hmm… I had one. I had read Manifesting 123 and followed the great stories in the newsletters. Why not give it a try right now?
I asked my friend, “What would be your perfect campsite?” He said it would be less crowded and described other details he would like. Shortly after, we learned about a site that was more out of the way, so we drove to it.
On the way, I used the Manifesting 123 technique, mentally imagining our future campsite. In my Movie, I imagined we found our perfect campsite just as he described. We loved it and we were very grateful to have it.
As we drove around a rock foundation, there was an available campsite, just as I had pictured it. This site was the only free one in the entire park! I let my friend know that this is what I had been wishing for. We thoroughly enjoyed our place in the park and brought in the New Year in a way that was perfect for us. Oh yes, we were very grateful!

What a great way to start the New Year.
I’m very impressd that Tina went right to work on the problem using the Manifesting techniques in the book. Sure, they could have found a hotel outside the park, but the plan was to camp in the park. She didn’t say this is hopeless and abandon the idea. Tina wasn’t out of options yet. She is very familiar with manifesting and uses it daily. OK, time was a bit short here, but she got the picture of what was required and in a very short time, the campsite appeared, the Last One in the park. In the book, Judy Goodman showed me how our thoughts create things. After I pulled off a pretty good bit of manifesting she said, “Now do you see what you can do?”Nicely done, Tina. Who’s next?By the way. I woke up wide awake in the wee hours this morning. I was just laying there thinking and then realized I put together a newsletter for today! I jumped up to make it happen. How wonderful, Tina had sent me her story, perfect! The newsletter came together in record time and I’ll get back to sleep before the sun comes up. Perfect is good. Thank you Tina!
