Yes, I Manifested My Husband

Yes, I Manifested My Husband

We are constantly manifesting and just about everyone has a story. I was talking with a new friend and brought up the subject other her. I asked her if she had any manifesting examples and the replied with the title today, “Yes I manifested my husband.”  I am so glad she is sharing her story with us.

Here’s how I manifested my husband. I must have read somewhere that you should make a list of what you want in your partner or your spouse. So, I made this list after a series of unsuccessful relationships and observing people I knew I would never want to marry. So I thought, I better get serious and right now. What do I really want from someone I would marry?

I wrote all of those aspects down and then I told my sister about it. She said, “Make sure that your husband owns his own house, okay?” I thought that was kind of weird. I was only 25 or 26 and I didn’t know if I’m going to be able to find someone who owns their own house but whatever, I’ll throw it on the list: Owns his own home.

Shortly after, I met a man at work and he fit most all the all the things on my list, but I didn’t realize it at the time. My list was fairly specific, about a dozen items, but I can’t remember exactly what they were. They mostly consisted of personality traits and characteristics.

I had a friend that was encouraging me to out with him, so I did, meeting my future husband although I didn’t know it yet. We went to a concert and continued going out. This whole dating thing was interesting because I really didn’t know this guy and he was not someone I would normally date.

That prompted me to refer to my list and I was a bit surprised to see that he fit the list exactly except for the house ownership.People at our age group didn’t have houses but he had purchased one where I lived in Utah and he started a new job there. His dad had suggested he buy a home and helped him make the purchase, giving him a little bit of money for a down payment to augment his savings.

I didn’t know anything about how he lived until he told me that he had just bought his own home. That’s just crazy and it completed the list. As it turned out, my husband and I lived in that house for over 15 years.

It was remarkable the way it all came together and my I told my friend about this. She made her own list and soon found a man that matched her list. She was amazed but there was a problem, he was going bankrupt. She forgot to put financial stability on her list so that didn’t work out.

The lesson? There is something at work here so be thorough in deciding what goes on your list.

My advice in making a list like this would be to really think hard about it and cover all the things that are important to you. My husband is allergic to cats and I really like them, but I’ve never been able to have a cat, so if it’s a priority, add it to your list along with all the other meaningful things that will make your relationship a fulfilling and meaningful one.

Go for it!
