Make it Happen Now!

I received this story from a good friend that is in the very beginning stages of putting her present home up for sale. She is a manifesting expert and has a number of earlier stories in this newsletter. 

We discussed her manifesting a home sale plan and added this one idea, and that is to say something along these lines out loud, “My house is selling now in a way that is beneficial to me and the buyer.”

There are many things to do before a sale and one of those was to clear out unneeded items. Something that she was particularly interested in removing was all of her gemstones and jewelry making equipment. It was taking up a lot of space and since she wasn’t creating jewelry anymore, she could save moving costs and convert all of it to welcome income. 

After she made her vocal and forceful command, she listed all the jewelry items for sale with a bulk price and happily, it sold the same day! That is surprising enough, but the way the sale went down was very unusual.

Nancy writes:
The more I think about that jewelry supply sale yesterday, the more I realize how “weird” it was. The woman did not haggle, she had $2k in cash. She was driving a real BEATER of a car (I could hear it coming long before I could see it) but lived in a fairly well to do community near the Home Depot parking lot where we arranged to see what I was offering and to make a possible sale. The timing was perfect…just after listing the items online I used the NOW manifesting thing, “My jewelry making supplies and equipment are selling NOW!”

Here’s the weirdest thing. She called right away and we met at the lot, but when she saw what I had, she had no idea of what she was buying! She knew it was jewelry stuff, yes, but she said she had never been interested in making jewelry before, had no clue about the gemstones or construction pieces/parts. I had to explain it all to her, including each gemstone. It was almost like she was being guided to purchase it without really understanding why.

From the expression on her face as she packed it all into her car, and it was amazing to watch,  it seemed almost like she was surprised that she was buying the gems and all of the jewelry-making equipment!

Now I have a gem of a new tool to make things happen!!
