Last summer we took our family – me, the hubby, and our two kids, ages 7 and 10, to Disney World. This was a big ticket trip for us and so for about two years we saved up the money, the vacation days from work, and the travel points on our credit cards.

I discovered Manifesting 1-2-3 and I was creating my movie every day with the intention of realizing the perfect vacation. When it came time to book and plan all the details, so many things were just falling into place so easily! We got an amazing deal on a 2 bedroom condo with a water park right on the property, we hit just the right online sale to purchase airline tickets with really great arrival and departure times, and when it came time to book all of those “fast pass” rides we were able to get choice time slots for all of the best rides. These were all things that I envisioned in my manifesting movie!

It was still a month out before we were to leave for the trip but I was feeling really good and I was so unbelievably grateful for how our upcoming trip was unfolding. I was happy, relaxed and despite the daily grind of having to go to work, run errands, do laundry, shuttle the kids all over town, and all of the other typical stuff that falls into a regular day, I was feeling so happy that I felt like I was already on vacation.

The interesting thing about this time was that I noticed a lot of other good things popping into my life. It felt like my excitement and happiness about the upcoming trip were “powering up” even the most basic intentions.  Front parking spots were opening up everywhere, and people I needed to reach and things I needed to find were readily coming forward, and right on time. It was one thing to have our vacation come together so perfectly, but the “side bonus” of having my day to day life run so smoothly and effortlessly was an even bigger reward!

I began to realize that manifesting is more than just making a particular situation like a dream vacation come into reality. It can be so much more!  Thank you Ken for this amazing manifesting tool.  It has totally changed my life.

At Disney World, Manifesting the Magical Experience

As a result of Ken’s book I was able to manifest an absolutely amazing dream vacation to Disney World for my whole family, but it was what happened once we were in the park that really made me see how immediate and fun manifesting can be. I was curious to see if I could “movie” an intention or set of intentions into instant reality throughout our trip. With two small kids in tow, I really wanted nothing more than to avoid long lines for rides, and since we would be there in the Summer I also did not want us to get rained on every day either. As we drove into the Magic Kingdom Park I took a moment to feel happy, relaxed and grateful to be on vacation.

I told my husband that I was going to walk through the Disney park envisioning, and then stating out loud to him, everything I wanted to manifest. He has always been both skeptical and fascinated by the whole manifesting idea, so even though he looked at me like I was nuts, he said he would be supportive if it meant no lines for rides in a very crowded theme park.

So much to the embarrassment of both of my children I shouted out loud in the crowd: “We are going to have an amazing day at Disney World where we get on every ride with NO lines and NO waiting and we will NOT get rained on!!!”.  A lady standing next to me with what looked like a family of 10 all in matching t-shirts, leaned close and said “Amen, sister”.

We didn’t exactly skip all the lines for rides, but it kept happening that at the time we walked up to a particular ride the line was at its shortest wait time. There were some other totally amazing things happening too! Costume characters started showing up right where we were located and with NO lines, we got the only empty table at one of the most popular lunch spots in the park with NO waiting, while shopping for Mickey stuff with a bazillion other people jammed into the park’s gift shop, a new register opened up and the cashier motioned us up first, and just when the kids were getting hot and asked for an ice cream treat a Disney employee rolled up with a cart and parked it about 5 feet from where we were standing and we were first in line!

But the very best happened at the end of the day. The kids really wanted to go on Pirates of the Caribbean and we knew it was going to be a busy ride so we saved it for last.  When we got there the posted time indicated a 90 minute wait from where we were standing.  My husband says to me “Well, so much for manifesting that ride,” but after barely 5 minutes of standing there, and at the absolute end of the very long line, a park employee walked up to us first and said the ride is closing for repairs right now, but here is a complimentary “skip the line” ticket for any ride you want in the park and with NO expiration date!  Husband was speechless, kids were stunned.

So despite hearing that the park was at one of their peak busy times for the year, we never felt crowded or rushed because it felt like the whole place just opened up to us in a truly magical way.  Best of all it never rained on us once!  It did in fact rain every single day we were there, but only if we were sitting inside a restaurant to eat OR after we got back in the rental car to go home for the day!. Short lines, no rain and magically appearing characters and ice cream treats – I manifested the best vacation ever!
