Money Was a Real Concern Until I Manifested My Big Break

K. writes:
Recently I decided to make a big change in my life, to leave a comfortable, safe situation and relocate to Colorado. I am pulled to be there, so off I go!

I have accumulated years of things that would fill many boxes but I am only keeping what I need and the few precious things infused with good memories.

There is much to plan but you can’t foresee everything. I know the minimum of what I require for a home but that place has not yet been found. I have calculated and considered all that I can think of and I’m moving forward.

There is one consideration that nags at me and that is to have enough money to make this move and continue to pay the bills going forward. I’m on my own with this, so it is a nagging concern. This move will be an expensive one and my available money is tight.

I am an artist without that guaranteed paycheck, so I have been working on manifesting quick sales of my art to make this move go smoothly. I can cover the moving expenses but just barely. Some new sales would provide a financial cushion. That is what I expect will happen because I am visualizing it. Also, I’m seeing my future where the move is complete and I’m living happily in my new home. I can see that everything worked out just fine and I’m so very grateful!

Lately I’ve been too busy with moving preparations to paint and sales from my existing works haven’t materialized. My current plan is to keep up my manifesting and prayers for success while keeping my expenses to a bare minimum.

I am not going to fall into the worry trap over money and create a negative outcome, but the money bit sure comes up a lot!

After reading Manifesting 123, I created some success stories that showed up in this newsletter last year. Thanks to the book, I understand how manifesting actually works and that gives me a real stick-with-itness and determination. This is all going to happen with an Ease and a Grace, just as the book suggests to specify it.

I caught a break from a mysterious envelope that arrived in the mail the other day. It was a letter explaining a class action settlement that had been in the courts for years. Basically, it was about a woman that was in an accident years back. She was an employee of the state, same as I was, and this woman did not fully receive some of the benefits allowed for a state employee after her accident.

There was a check inside for $2700, made out to me! I had also been in an accident years ago and apparently the state had also been a bit short on helping me with my additional time off or benefits. The interest on the original amount was substantial and made for a very nice settlement. I had no idea of any of this!

It was like money out of the sky and it gives me just the cushion I need to confidently go forward with my relocation.

I am so very happy and grateful for my personal miracle!

Thank you for your story K!

In my conversation with her we had some great laughs and her calm was contagious. We had a happy call and it got even better.

K. felt the amount of her windfall was more than enough and it got her to thinking. She had a couple of friends in a financial pinch and a little something would help a lot, so she sent some of her gift their way. There was also a charity that pulled her heart and she donated some of her new wealth to that organization as well.

I was very touched and told her what we have all heard many times, that if you give it away, it will come back to you. We agreed that there are better motives beyond getting a quick return, that those ‘returns’ come in many forms – that giving doesn’t require a reward.

Here is an additional idea. Something else happens when we give, particularly when we are giving from what feels like a sacrifice of money, time or energy. In a way, we are making a statement that we are in a place of comfort and abundance. We act as if we can easily afford to share that wealth with others.

This act is an intention, a thought that has the power to create. You can also direct this to you by treating yourself, even modestly and giving yourself the gift of more time by taking a few minutes to just rest when you need it.

Giving freely and lovingly creates a powerful pathway to receive. Holding on tightly to something can create an intention of lack, backed by fear. In each case, a thought is in play and those thoughts can make anything happen. To make any thought more powerful and create more efficiently, just add the emotion of love or fear.

It’s a simple recipe and an opportunity to decide what you wish to consistantly create in your life, love or fear. There is power in both and they have very different outcomes.
