Tweak a Little, Get the Big Result
Hi Everyone! Pardon the unusual newsletter today. It was suggested that I send my upcoming art show invitation to all of my manifesting friends as well as my art email list. This is not a PR push, but a really good manifesting story, short and sweet. So here is a peek info my art career and how I use manifesting to create good things. As I explain in the book, each day I am in my Movie, in my future and I run through a number of scenes that are important to me. I prioritize them with the most items important first: health, careers, finance, travel and more. Each day, this is the future I spend time in, using most if not all of my senses. It’s fun to be in my future and depending on the scene, I can see, hear, smell and touch my surroundings. In a number of my future scenarios, I am simply on my couch at the end of the day observing that I have perfect health, or that I LOVE my perfect career, etc. I don’t have to see the absence of a hospital or limit how or where I may be working. Your thoughts will begin create these perfect events without your limiting blueprint. Those thoughts and images will be creating what is perfect for you. Perfect is easy to recognize and typically, better that we can imagine. From time to time I ‘tweak’ these future scenes, adding or subtracting to the idea. In the case of this PACE exhibit, I simply added a better idea to my art career Movie. I visualized that my works are exhibiting in important, public spaces. I didn’t specify the space or even see it. I was in my future and I made the simple observation that it was the case. I got a magical result. Within about 6 weeks, I was invited to exhibit in this beautiful public venue, the PACE Center in Parker, Colorado. It is an exhibit requiring 21 artworks, but the curator wanted this to be a survey show. That allowed me to use a large number of my best, past works and I had just enough time to create a few new ones to round out the exhibit. Without using existing artworks, I would not have the time to create enough new art to fill the room and I would have to pass on the opportunity. It was perfect. But that’s not all. Another opportunity presented itself at the same time. I have often exhibited with a circle of artist friends. We call ourselves the Expand Artists. We joined together with the idea of offering our works as a group, exhibiting in public spaces and to expand ourselves as artists. Happily, we were invited to exhibit together at the Denver International Airport! Our works are hanging there now though March of 2015. It was a remarkable result from just a small ‘tweak’ in my Movie. This is what your thoughts can do. In the book and in my free radio interviews, you will hear for the first time how thoughts actually begin to form and appear in the physical world. It is new information and it is a game changer! This exhibit will include Ken’s works in three mediums: oils, pastels and monotypes. Southwest Art Magazine’s Gussie Fauntleroy says “There is paradox in Ken Elliott’s landscapes: They pulse with powerful color, and yet collectors speak of his paintings as exuding a sense of calm. They contain choreographed rhythm and order, even within the seeming disorder of winter trees along a creek.” Elliott builds on that, “I’m trying to give the paintings muscle, poetry, power, and gentleness. I’m screaming—but in a civilized way. I working to go beyond making pictures of places,” as he puts it, adding, “What I’m trying to do is thrill myself.” His involvement in the art business has now spanned over 40 years; beginning began as a picture framer, working alongside an art restorer and art dealer. About 25 years ago, he began to draw and paint. “In my career, I’ve been fortunate to have seen remarkably good works of art and met some of the best painters in the field.” Ken’s home and studio is in Castle Rock, CO. Shelly is the Manifesting Star of the 8th Grade
Here’s a great story to begin the new year… My daughter Shelley makes things happen. When she was in the seventh grade she decided she wanted to tryout for the soccer team. She played a bit when she was five years old but that was then. There’re a lot of good Soccer players in the seventh grade and they’ve had years of experience. But there’s more – Shelly wanted to be the goalie! She really didn’t know anything about that position but she does know how to make things happen. I began to notice the interesting photographs she put on her iPad. It was a series of images where she is the goalie and she is being congratulated by her team members. She was often looking at those photos and talking about how much she likes being a goalie on the team. Shelly didn’t fear failure, it was just the opposite. She was having conversations with herself as if she was already on the team. The pictures on her iPad showed more the same as if it had already happened. As a mom, I begin to worry about her high expectations. There’s a lot of competition to get on that team and particularly for the goalie position. She put in her time studying and practicing and when the day came for the team tryouts, she made the team and the goalie position was hers. I was thrilled for her and all that she did to pull it off. It was amazing. Ken and I have talked about manifesting for years, even before the Manifesting 123 book was published. It’s been a topic in the house a few times but I never thought Shelly would be listening to those conversations. Apparently she did and Shelly has become quite the manifesting expert. Here’s another example. When Shelly was in the sixth grade she wanted to attend the Denver School of the Arts. As it was for the soccer team, you have to audition to get in. There are interviews and applications to do and you have to perform at a very high level. This school is one of the best in the country and there is a crush to get in. She gave it her very best but she wasn’t accepted. Her year in the seventh grade was a successful one and she was much happier then her previous years in school. She Is a great student, super smart, making nearly straight A’s. It was tough for us during those times. Because of my work, we had to get up at 5 AM Monday through Friday. Shelly set her own alarm, got herself ready and was responsible for getting to and from school on her own. She was an angel that way. She is also ambitious and a good planner, so it wasn’t long before I heard that she was targeting the Art School again for the eighth grade. Shelly has an artful and performance side but she is naturally shy. Fortunately, she met a teacher that brought her out of her shell and encouraged her to do some summer plays. Shelly kept getting parts and gaining experience. She was also back on that iPad with images showing her already in the School of Arts. There’s also another thing she does. She has a day timer with to-do lists. She loves to put things on that list and she likes to check them off.. She had a couple of things on that list: that she auditions successfully for the Art School and that she is accepted. Her iPad followed along with future images of celebrations and photos of her in the school as a student of the arts. Once you make an application, the Art School gives you an audition number. For Shelly that’s just another tool for manifesting. She used that number as a code on her cell phone. She was literally in touch with that important number many times a day. She had really pulled out all the stops to get into the school and once again, I was very concerned about her high expectations. The day of the audition arrived and afterwards, Shelly told told me she presented herself well. The audition being done, she checked it off her list. Now we had to wait for the call back. It was a big day when the call came, she was accepted! Oh yes, don’t forget to check getting into the Denver School of the Arts off the list as well. Big checkmark for that one! We have also learned the importance of gratitude. Of course we are grateful for all we have. We are also aware every day of the things we are purposely manifesting in our futures and we express gratitude in advance. We are constantly in the state of being grateful for the now and for what is next. It feels great. Point yourself to happiness, please! Shelly is a great example in so many ways. She’s running a clinic at her house (and mom is paying attention, me too). She was in the seventh grade, had not read any manifesting or self-help books, did the basic / simple Manifesting 123 techniques she heard about and became a great success at achieving her goals. Yes, she put the hours in with her soccer and acting studies, but so did the others she was competing with. Most of the other students had the greater advantage of more years of experience and private tutoring. Shelly knew the score – she had to do the work and she quickly learned that manifesting gave her an edge. By the way, Mom didn’t want her daughter’s real name to be used, so another name immediately popped into my head, Shelly. Mom said that would be a great name for her daughter. Shelly is the teacher that helped the daughter with her shyness and encouraged her to do Summer theatre. Thank you Ms. Shelly. Special skills are not required. More Holiday Presents!
In today’s early edition Christmas newsletter, the story is about you. Since we are approaching the end of the year, it’s a great time to consider what we would like to do next… not just for 2015, but for the rest of our lives This is your lovely reminder that you have been gifted with something Very Big. Since birth, it has been in your power to create the world you desire. Everyone is fully capable to imagine and build anything, and you have! You have been doing this for years but perhaps you didn’t understand how. All of the things and concepts you can imagine and even the impossible are within your reach. This book and the stories in this newsletter are essentially about two things. First, thought is a natural law and thoughts just build things. Gravity is a law as well, always pulling things to ground – every time. Thoughts build objects and concepts like happiness. As a natural law, your thoughts always build what you think – every time. Gravity and your thoughts do not judge if you are a good or bad person, if you believe or understand the forces at work. These forces are unseen, but nonetheless, they just work – everytime. Second, your thoughts are constantly creating form in the unseen field around you. In a similar fashion, gravity is an invisible force around you. You can’t see gravity but it is constantly at work. Your ideas are invisibly molding exactly what you are thinking. There are individuals gifted enough to see this and even watch thoughts form up in real time. Revisit that idea each day and your thought will build from a barely discernible wisp to a full-color, “solid’ object. Your thought will become ‘solid’ enough to crossover into this physical world. It’s a staggering concept, but true. Here’s a very big illustration. Unless it occurred naturally, everything created in this world was a result of someone’s thought first. I just left Manhattan today, and everything in this ever-changing skyline started with an idea, a plan, a thought. All of Manhattan was an idea first, a thought first formed as a wisp of vapor that grew solid enough to become physical. Some of these ideas were simple, even ordinary. Others were grandiose, bordering on the impossible, Those skyscrapers, the big signs, the people traveling here to there stand as a testament to what thoughts can do. If it didn’t come out of the ground naturally, then someone created it with their mind first. The city is alive with 8 million people and their ideas constantly in motion. Here is your beautiful box with a ribbon. Inside is all you have been given: life, friends, love, your entire experience. Open it and be grateful for all you have. Thank God or the God of your understanding for all you have received. There is more. You have the additional gift of creating anything you desire. Not only is it allowed, it has been made law. I Created Everything I Needed for My New Career in Two Weeks!
From Denise Jansson: I have an extensive art background with a Masters Degree. I lived in New England where I taught art as an adjunct instructor at a small, four-year college there. Life was good until the collage lost a major donor and it closed after 35 years. I never imagined that happening. At the time, I was asking for a change and change is what I got! I was thinking of starting my own business in the art field, so I did some teaching and workshops. I was barely getting by – it was a struggle really. So I decided to move closer to my family. I left for Colorado in 2013 and landed a series of small jobs but not art related. I have a spiritual side and following that interest, I became certified in Fung Shui, helping people in that discipline and doing volunteer work. Moving to Denver was a major transition. It took a lot of effort and courage to be here and I am fortunate to have my family helping me out. I am staying in a single room at their home. Once again, I found myself just getting by, It was time to launch, to do what I Really Wanted to Do. I made a decision to reconnect to painting, get a studio and to begin a successful art career. That was it. I decided and it became the direction I would point to. As I thought about this more, I realized there was more I would require to be a success. I began asking for a mentor as well. Someone that could help me in all aspects of my life. I might be more than one person, but I would get the necessary information for art, business and my personal life. I became even more specific. My art would be abstract, not what I was taught in school, but bringing all that I learned into play. I loved color, so the perfect art mentor would get me there without additional years of schooling. I wanted to do remarkable abstracts with glowing colors. This means that I will quickly have to come up with a compelling style that will be successful in the market place. Doing all of that requires knowledge of the art market and business acumen. Not a bad plan, but Is all of this even possible? A new acquaintance in Denver pointed the way. She is a successful artist and as our friendship grew, she talked about more personal things. She told me about the Manifesting 123 book and I got a copy. I read it and it just felt right. Using the information if the book, I immediately started in with the simple exercises in the book daily. It talks about creating a Movie in a future of your own making. I was doing something like that but in an unfocused way. It was also Very important for me to understand how my thoughts would actually be forming as I think them. I was familiar with manifesting but it was never explained how thoughts create. I jumped right in! It was great being in my future movie. My focus was simple and now, more specific. I envisioned that I was working on a large beautiful painting in my perfect studio, Later, I am walking into my perfect home where I live with my perfect partner. My home has a beautiful view too. I am very successful as a professional artist and in my spare time, I am working to empower people. I did this for two two weeks everyday, imagining all of these things and more in my future. I was using my thoughts and gratitude to make it happen. I went further. I commanded people to help me. I had been told many times that we are powerful, and feeling worthy, I did just that. Wow. So what happened? Two artists came forward and each offered their studios to share. Two whole weeks was all it took. I hadn’t fully committed to being an artist before, it was a wishy washy idea in the back of my mind for the last seven years. Being a full-time artist is a huge commitment. I had eight years of art schooling but there was still so much I need to know and do. Something in my mind wouldn’t click and let me go for it. I felt lacking as an artist, a failure, unworthy and not good enough, I was fearful. Being a full-time artist was a concept full of uncertainty, but once I finally committed and used the Manifesting123 things began to happen really fast! In one conversation with an artist I was offered a studio to share for free. He was the art business and personal mentor I was needing and I was shown a direction for my new abstract paintings. All of this materialized in one, 30 minute conversation! Immediately, everything was in place. My inclination was to hold back. After all that was offered, I could fail. I understand that people get scared, me too, but once I got the studio, I had to go for it!! In just four months I got up and running and have 4 large scale paintings completed and about to finish 3 more. It is just amazing! It feels awesome! Fears and blocks are gone. I have no idea how this will all work out, but I see things moving forward. I went further and paid to get a clean website up and I learned how to take care of it on my own. An artist friend saw it and made a phone call to a Houston gallery on my behalf. Guess what? I will be exhibiting in a new Houston gallery opening in February. They like my large works and those four canvas will be shipping out shortly for the exhibit! In closing, my advice would be to ask, fully jump in. Once I got the book, I was much
Manifesting Comedy, Seriously!
From Sloane Warren I had the goal of producing a web comedy series. The idea was to create a vehicle that would elevate the awareness of the talent we have here in Georgia and help provide opportunities to local actors and crew. We also wanted to depict life here differently then anyone ever has seen before on TV. Last February I listened to Carol Dean’s Blog Talk radio show on the Film Funding Channel. Carole is the executive director of the film funding organization, From the Heart Productions, and is author of the bestselling bible for indie filmmakers, The Art of Film Funding. She and her co-host, Claire Papin were interviewing Ken Elliott as he discussed Manifesting 123. Film funding comes really down to “however you can get it,” but it was unusual have manifesting as an interview topic. As the interview unfolded, Ken’s explanation of how thoughts manufacture anything was making a lot of sense to me. We needed funding to begin filming so I gave those simple manifesting concepts a try. I had an amazing outcome! Within one week of listening to Ken’s interview, I was able to manifest a $7400 gift to begin production. With the generosity of my dear friend Jill and the dedication of close to 100 actors, crew, and post-technicians, we produced 9 episodes on a bare bones budget. The reward to all their hard work was a wonderfully catered gala and screening that took place at the historic Strand Theater in Atlanta last November. It was another major manifestation, as they have never had an event like that in the theatre. I even manifested a company to come forward and pay for our catered meal that night. I did something right because not one, but three caterers came forward, all helping out that night! I can’t wait to pop Ken’s cd in my car radio and start manifesting more great things! Now we are trying to manifest more funding so we can begin filming more episodes. As Ken likes to say, we are scripting our future movie once again.The goal is $15,000 but it ends December 31st so act fast! She made it look easy Building a TV series is a big undertaking with a LOT of moving parts. It takes incredible planning, creative and technical teams and a river of money to keep it running during production. Sloane knows all about producing and how the funding works, but one day she came across a new tool: Manifesting 123. In a very short time, she found ways to control costs and raise enough funding to begin production. A lot of what happened here was the ‘equivalent’ of money. She created the equivalent of working X hours at a job and earn enough money to pay every expense. When you are manifesting, you are tapping into every possibility to produce a result. It looks miraculous at times because the solutions are often beyond our limited imaginations. In the radio interview, Sloane learned that thoughts immediately begin to form what you think. She was smart and didn’t specify the hundreds of items necessary for success, but imagined a future where the production had already happened. The details were not necessary – your thoughts can create the future. Wow! Sloane produces good comedy and makes financing fun. Making Baby: Prayers and Manifesting
I have always had a fascination about the Law of Attraction, but I really saw the benefits of working with it about 7 years ago. My husband and I were told by four different doctors that we were infertile. After 7 years of marriage without pregnancies, it was devastating news to us. We are young actors and part of a wonderful community of fellow artists. The word got out about our plight and those dear people helped to raise $3000 for our fertility treatments. A wonderful gift. It was a start, but the exams and treatments would cost much more, so I started looking for other methods that would help us. The Dalai Lama was coming to our city, so I traveled to the park where His Holiness held a meditation. I was right there in front of him for 4 hours meditating. I felt it was an important opportunity. Shortly after, we got a very big break. I got a call from the generous Dr. Mark Perloe who agreed to donate our treatment (ICSI-very advanced form of In Vitro Fertilization, IVF) Things were going our way and I felt encouraged to do more. I got the idea to imagine I was now pregnant and I thanked God in advance for this wonderful miracle every night. In my mind the wonderful baby was on the way. I was also kissing my Mayan fertility talisman a friend had given me (I know it sounds crazy but I was willing to try anything). I listened to Marianne Williamson’s course on everyday miracles. It spoke to me, so I began forgiving all the people in my life that I felt a grudge against. Then I listened to Dr. Wayne Dyer’s Change Your Thoughts and Change Your Life. I was surrounding myself with positive thoughts daily, patiently waiting our IVF treatment “turn”. A day before going in to the clinic for the routine fertility injections, I had this gut feeling to take a pregnancy test. I went to a Dollar Tree store of all places, the store where most of the items are a dollar or less. I purchased the simple pregnancy test kit and guess what happened? The results were positive! I was SHOCKED to see the plus sign. I couldn’t believe it, so I called our doctor to confirm it for us. I went to his office and we put his very high tech equipment to work. As he had his machine working it’s magic, he said, “Well that’s odd, there is baby A and there is baby B.” What?? We are now the parents of Identical twin boys, supernaturally conceived against all odds. We almost lost them at 24 weeks but I credit another manifestation that kept them safely inside me for 35 1/2 weeks. They are now 6 years old, happy and healthy! Say hi to our boys. Ask for it. Think of it being done. Express your gratefulness and give thanks in advance. This couple was committed to having a child. They had been told that a previous accident had lessened their chances of naturally conceiving a child down to the range of 2%. She took action and began to ask and manifest the perfect outcome in a variety of ways. First, she put out a very large intention – 4 hours of meditation that day in the park. This is a strong intention and it helped to make a path for the baby to appear. Then she began a prayer regimen of thanking God in advance for this child – prayer and more intention (so smart!). Note that she imagined her future with the baby on the way and she used forgiveness to clear this path even more. The fertility doll and whatever else she used symbolically are more layers of intention directed to her singular goal. As I noted in Manifesting 123, I was shown how our thoughts literally take form. Over many years, I was able to send a number of simple and completed objects in thought to a very gifted individual 2100 miles away, Judy Goodman. Judy could immediately see that my thoughts were quickly creating what first looked like a smoke or vapor into discernible shapes visible in the spirit realm. She could clearly see and describe them to me. Whatever I thought to send her was successfully received every time. The more I thought about an individual object, the more ‘solid’ it became. My thoughts would take form and if I stayed with that intention every day, it would eventually become more ‘solid’ and finally manifest into the physical world! This information is fundamental to how virtually everything in our lives is created. Unless it occurred naturally, everything in your house and community was first a thought – a wisp of smoke. This changes everything. You have already been doing this all your life – you are ready expert. With this knowledge you can continue your life’s path or create the life you desire. In this story a lot of obstacles were overcome. Despite their lack of money for the In Vitro procedures, considerable money appeared to start the process. Later a Doctor donated the necessary treatments. Note that money appeared and the equivalent of money. The couples 2% chance became twins! This is a miraculous story and those boys are so adorable! We all have the power to make more miracles. It is your Birthright, just like breathing. Pregnant with some good ideas? I was in a real jam. I have a carpet and upholstery business and seemingly overnight I had no business. The entire company revolves around me. I take the calls, set the schedule and then I’m the guy that drives the van and goes out to do the job. When business is going better I can afford someone to help with the phone calls and scheduling, a big load off my back. Here’s how bad it was. My house is about to go into foreclosure. I’m $30,000 behind. There’s also the credit card debt, not a small sum. I’m on the phone hustling for business and very little is happening. I’m getting a few small jobs but I can’t figure out how I’m possibly going to catch up and not lose my home. It was January of 2013 and I called one of my reliable customers, Ken Elliott. Every now and then he has me do some carpet touch up in his home. He agreed to have me over in a couple of days. I drove over, got the work at Ken’s finished and we talked a bit. He asked me how things were going.I didn’t let on about how bad things were. I let him know I could always use more business so he talked to me a little bit about Manifesting 123. At this point, he had not written the book yet but he clearly had mapped it out. He said it was free to try this manifesting thing, so why not? I certainly had a lot to lose if I couldn’t get some big money fast. What he explained to me was clear and simple. I started manifesting that very night. I visualized my future were business was good and I was still living in my home. I was so hopeful that this could happen. Even if it was just a fantasy, it felt good to imagine a time in the future where I didn’t have these problems. ONE DAY LATER, here is what happened. I got a call from someone that wanted her carpets and some upholstery done right away. Her home was in one of the better Denver neighborhoods and I was happy to set the appointment. When I arrived at her address, I quickly realized she was in one of the very best parts of that neighborhood. It was an enormous home and I was happy to be there. She told me what she wanted done and I began to make the list. Her home was filled with wall-to-wall carpeting. This was just magical. It was going to be a pretty nice job. Then something else happened. She started making what I would call the “oh by the way” list. “Oh by the way can you do that runner and those couches and chairs?” I thought, of course and I added it to the list. “Oh yes and I’ve got an area rug under the dining room table. Well actually, just do all of the area rugs everywhere in the house and put them on the list.” After walking the entire house, essentially everything that was carpet and and major upholstery was put on the list. The total job came to $15,000! I was completely stunned but I jumped right in. Everything went beautifully, she was very happy, and I was immediately paid. On the way back home I was thinking about that home foreclosure. I had some cash now. The next day I called my bank and talked about my eminent foreclosure. Everything changed in a magical way again. Instead of having a phone call where I was deep in the hole over $30,000, the conversation shifted into a negotiation. The banker was talking about a loan modification. Instead of having to come up with tens of thousands of dollars, they would rewrite the loan using a monthly payment I could better afford. There would be a price to pay though, $9000. Unbelievable! I Took the deal before somebody changed their mind. Our home was saved and I had money to pay off the credit card debt as well. My 11-year-old daughter was happy too. I did something nice for her and let her know that that daddy wasn’t in such a bad place and worrying. Happy day. I called Ken the day after I saw him and left a short message on his answering machine. I thanked him and told him I got a very nice job just one day after we talked. Ever since then, business has been good. I was over Ken’s house last week doing a bit more work and as we always do afterwards, we took a little time to talk. He remembered my phone message from almost 2 years ago. Turns out he had saved that phone message all this time. I insisted on buying the manifesting 123 book, it certainly had paid off for me. Then I told him this full story. When was over, we started laughing like crazy and high-fived. What a happy moment for both of us. It’s been a remarkable ride. I’m still manifesting every day, going into my future and making good things happen. My life is so much better now. Spencer What an amazing turn-around in one day! How interesting that I would save Spencer’s phone message for year and 10 months. There are no other saved messages on my phone. I had to go out of my way to erase all the others and keep his on my phone. But I saved it for couple of reasons. His short message was an early affirmation that Manifesting 123 works. Also, each time I heard his message, it was a prompt to get serious and write the book! On the website there are over 100 wonderful stories to read. Life Was So Hard and Now I Am Shining!
Things were pretty tough. There were the mornings crying in the shower. It was such a desperate time. I can still remember being in my car and praying for opportunities to present themselves. I was also praying for courage and strength. Amazingly, I felt angels in the backseat that day and I somehow knew one had short and the other had long hair. I was recently divorced with no money. I was worse than penniless because of the major debt my ex-husband ran up. To top things off, he embezzled a large amount of money from my family’s business. What a disaster. Everything was lost. I tried a number of small jobs but they couldn’t keep me afloat. I began doing catering, carrying my pots and pans around in my car, trying to make ends meet. A girlfriend took me in just in time and I finally had a safe place to sleep. She was my angel on the ground. Shortly after, I came across Manifesting 123. It made perfect sense to me and I put it right to work. Each day I prayed for help and additionally I imagined a Movie of my future where all was good. I was much encouraged by Ken’s description of how thought actually builds. I knew Ken Elliott and Judy Goodman from the book. We had talked about how Judy can see our thoughts forming in the spirit world around us. They made it clear that building your thoughts was easy to do and that I would get a result. It was a lifeline to know I can take charge of my future, actually building my heart’s desire. The book uses the device of a personal “Movie” to envision the future of my choosing. So in my Movie, I was back in Massachusetts with a leadership position in a prominent real estate office. It’s a job I had before and I really loved it. I have family and grandkids in the state. It’s the perfect place for me. I put out feelers in the real estate business where my family lives, looking for that leadership position in a big office. What a break! I got a call from my old boss. He he just let their last team leader go and I was offered the job! It wasn’t going to be a cakewalk but the timing was miraculous. The office was in disarray with a negative culture. It wasn’t an encouraging place to work and the poor sales reflected the mood there. I worked really hard and in 1 1/2 years, the real estate firm turned around with more agents, representatives, and sales. Our success allowed us a much better office space in a new building, a very happy outcome. Our group is thriving, happier and everyone is making more money. My job and personal life is delightful and fulfilling. I’m traveling and training agents, a joy for me. It is how I can help people to live better lives. Everything is just perfect now: My job, my boss, and being with my family and grandchildren. It just gets better. I found the man of my dreams. We’ve known each other since high school and kept in light touch over the years. He was widowed some years ago and now the timing is perfect for us. We are so much in love and we will spend the rest of our lives together. Money is no longer a problem for me. I’m happy, successful and secure in my life. I’m so glad that I felt compelled to ask, to pray when everything was falling down around me. I’m also amazed that when I employed the techniques in Manifesting 123, everything that I specified in my future seemingly fell out of the sky. It was as if I had a magic wand! Now that I’m living comfortably, I can spend more time helping others. I want to do more. I clearly understand that I am standing on the shoulders of all who helped me in the past. This book talks a lot about gratefulness when envisioning your future and I certainly do that. I’ve been journaling for a long time now and each day I make a list of things I’m grateful for. Even in the worst of days there was something good to affirm. Thank you, God for my answered prayers and for this gift, the ability to create a better life for myself. M.A. From Trouble to Triumph What happened to M. was a great tragedy. She is smart and capable but events took away all that she had worked so hard to build and maintain. When the dust had settled, she had nothing to show for her kindnesses and hard work. The large debt incurred by her ex-husband left her with less than zero. There are a lot of stories here in the newsletter archives about people praying for help. For whatever the reason, they simply asked. These requests take many forms: petitions, seeking, requesting, begging and more. In all these cases, it is a prayer simply asking for aid. M’s situation took her low, but her prayers were answered and a friend provided shelter just in time. It could have happened anyway, but there was the indelible sense of angels in the backseat that day. Did more help arrive in the form of the Manifesting 123 book? Perhaps. It certainly gave her the confidence to specify what she wanted in her life next and where it should happen. She learned how to use her birthright and build her desires. She had a long list of requirements, more than money could buy. M. did her part, working the phones, getting the job and living frugally to pay off the debts. She is comfortable, fulfilled and loved. Ask. There is no need to wait for a crisis. Ask and be grateful everyday. You are empowered to create a happy and comfortable life for yourself. You are Worthy and help is always close by. Success and Fulfillment Just as She Planned
image: Meg Leonard “Lifting the Veil” oil 16 x 20 inches Meg writes: There have been two instances when I applied a Manifesting 123 method of the Movie in my future. The first Movie evolved as I struggled with my “higher purpose” and linking it to an art-driven life. I had traveled to Egypt in 2009, a trip that affected me to my core. There I saw the most dire poverty as well as the most incredible creativity in craft and architecture. The trip clarified for me that the human spirit is compelled to create objects of beauty despite hardship and despair, and that the “Divine” moves through humanity carrying us forward in hope, inspiring civilizations that follow. As my life has been very blessed by recognition of my talent and encouragement to pursue art, I wished to share with others the importance of aesthetic endeavors as having great social, spiritual, and consequent economic value. How could I do this? In my movie, I stand on a balcony looking out across a foreign landscape. I am at peace. I have come for others as a teacher or a liaison. I may be there as a leader or part of a well funded international organization. Without details, I simply was open and saw myself as sharing, giving support to artists who needed assistance, and especially encouraging children. A few days passed. I awoke on my birthday with the crystal clear idea of how to begin. Eureka! Right in my own backyard is the renowned Santa Fe International Folk Art Market. Serendipitously, in my email inbox for the first time, was a Call for Volunteers. I promptly read every link about the IFM and replied. I was accepted and needless to say, the volunteer experience as an airport greeter and artist assistant were enriching beyond my wild imaginings. I met many men and women away from their villages for the first time, bringing extraordinary handmade objects to sell so that they could provide food and water to their children. Their expenses were covered and they returned home with 90% of the proceeds. This is the venue I will continue to support and it is the way that feels in alignment with my heart. IFM website Movie #2. My paintings are recognized for taking the viewer beyond the landscape into the sublime, touching memories and hearts. I am offered commissions and I am confident and grateful for the compensation of my art at prices appropriate to their value. I have left my stressful medical career and my artwork is comfortably supporting my life. A month or so later, a dramatic psychic shift happened. I decided to think of the possibilities in the positive light instead of the fear and depression which plagued me. Accessing retirement funds, I resigned from that stressful job and allowed myself precious time to prepare for my upcoming show. Then, a very influential art reviewer made plans to fly in to see my upcoming show. My former employer also flew in for the show, demonstrating lovely and unprecedented support in my decision. Later, I freely permitted my art to be used as the cover for a recently published book. It resulted in a private party making the substantial purchase of a large painting at my asking price. So, thank you, Ken, for continuing to remind your readers that our thoughts are shaping our reality. Admittedly, old ways of thinking, such as scarcity and fear still need to be beaten back, but the mysterious power of manifesting is evident all around us. Warmly, Meg What a perfect outcome! After seeing a large number of ‘wish lists,’ they often consist of a few, simple themes: Health, living comfortably and doing my soul’s purpose. Meg is healthy, thank goodness and following those wonderful themes, she envisioned a future where she feels fulfilled serving others and is also a successful, full-time artist. She went further by leaving her stressful job, taking money from savings and diving immediately into her painting career. That seems like bravery to many of us, but Meg was actually magnifying her intentions. I call it Planting a Flag. She was manifesting a future where all of these good things have already happened, a good start. Then she put some skin in the game, so to speak. Meg saw that she was positioned to begin her full-time career immediately and already had an important exhibit lined up. At this point, fear holds a lot of people back, but Meg made a move. You could say that her future scenario had already arrived, she only had to step up and embrace it. She found immediate success, just as she had planned and worked to manifest it.
