Manifesting Big During the Workshop! Part 1

In this story I have just wrapped up a Manifesting 1,2, 3 Workhsop in Denver. During the class, one of the attendees, Neann, said that her intention was to sell a rental home they had listed, but it wasn’t going well….

Neann writes:
Manifesting is not a new subject for me, I have been familiar with it for years. It is a well-written topic and there are a lot of different approaches to achieve results. There are so many strategies they seem to be stepping on each other at times, or at least in my mind.

When I read about Manifesting 1,2,3 and you don’t need #3, I was struck by the simplicity of it so, I signed up for Ken’s workshop. I had a primary goal in mind. My husband and I owned three rental properties and we felt like it was time for us to sell them at a good price and simplify our lives a bit more.

Just like the book title, we have houses 1, 2, and 3. House #1 is not in a great location. After last renter, we had to do a lot maintenance work do get it ready To sell. Regardless, our real estate agent was not optimistic, thinking that the house would take a while to sell and that it would not bring a great price. So that was what was on my mind when I when into the workshop that morning.

Just before the workshop started, my husband called me and said we had a buyer, great news! I stayed in touch with my husband with a text messages during the class. Well, this is going wonderfully. I’m in a manifesting class and I’ve sold the house. I’m loving this! Shortly after, my husband texted me and said that the buyer backed out. Ug.

Now we were at the point in the class where we clarify our desires. That was easy, I’m going to manifest the sale of this house and is going to get a very good price on our terms. I went to work on that idea in the clean and efficient way Manifesting 1,2,3 lays out.

Once the workshop finished, I got a call from my husband. It was the most unbelievable thing. The very same person that decided NOT to buy the house called back again and said yes to the purchase and offered $12,000 more than our asking price. What was that about? We did negotiate the price up, the buyer did it on his own.

Of course we said yes! I hung up the phone and told all of the workshop people the good news. (I was stunned, but I should know better! Ken)
