Manifesting out of the Financial Bind

Recently, she felt the need to buy a home. She is presently living on premises in a modest sized part of the B&B. There was a house available nearby, a bungalow style home, small and comfortable. It needed work but a capable friend offered to do what was necessary, making any repairs at a very reasonable price.

Everything looks great, so Anna makes the purchase of her new home at an affordable price. The renovation begins. Anna is careful with the expenses but some out of budget needs have been met with credit card charges. Now it gets more complicated. The person doing the repairs leaves town unexpectedly, leaving her in a bind. The house has to be made comfortable before she can move in and she didn’t budget for repairs at a full market rate.

To continue the renovations, Anna took a loan from the bank and hires people to continue the work. Now Anna has this bank loan, a big and unexpected expense. It may be that Anne would have to sell or rent this new home to make expenses. The was not the plan at all. She is just getting by and financial worries are constantly in the air. It is a real financial tangle without a clear solution.

Shortly afterward, she receives Manifesting 123 as a gift from a close friend. The book came out of the blue. Anna jumped in and began to read an doing the simple exercises.

The friend that gifted the book gets a text from Anna that says, “It works!”The friend replies, “What works?”  Anna happily replies, “Manifesting works!”Here’s what happened. Anna was in the front yard of the new home, overseeing renovations and worried about how the finances could work out. Having to sell this home was an option but not a desirable one, since she would likely loose money on a potential resale after renovation costs and sales commissions. There was the possibility of renting, but the house wasn’t ready, and besides, it would take a miracle to get a renter quickly at just the price she needed.Anna needed a perfect solution that would allow her to keep the house, cover her additional expenses and eliminate the new credit card debt.

A car pulls up and the driver asks Anna if her house is available for rent. What a shock! The house wasn’t advertised but it is just the solution she needed. The renter agreed on a price that not only covered Anna’s mortgage but the extra amount will quickly eliminate her credit card balances. The bank loan is an expense Anna can easily handle since the mortgage is now covered by the new renter.

How could this possibly happen? The person with the perfection solution magically drove right to Anna just in time. Anna simply used the ideas in Manifesting 123 and the solution was delivered to her.
