The Perfect Condo Solution

My daughter Louisa purchased a second condo, much more spacious, with a larger wrap-around balcony in Toronto this past May. She felt ‘lucky’ to have purchased it privately, tipped off of its availability before it formally listed on the market. This private sale did not involve a realtor, thereby saving both parties around fifteen thousand dollars.Shortly after, a tenant was booked to move into this second condo. All was looking perfect with the transaction, so in mid July my daughter left town for a European vacation beginning at the Isle of Capri. What could be more idyllic? All was not, in fact, what it appeared to be. It was not at all idyllic at the condo. Just as the new tenant was to move in, moving day in fact, the new tenants saw a sign that the condo building was experiencing problems which had not been evident at the time of leasing or disclosed before my daughter left town. The tenant then decided she couldn’t risk awaiting the resolution of this problem, and cancelled her move. She later asked for the return of all of her deposit, in this case both the first and last months rent. On arriving back from vacation, my daughter pondered what was the ethical/moral thing to do. She called the tenancy board for advice on the matter. She learned the board determination was that there was no reason the tenant couldn’t move in, given that immediate work was underway to remedy the problem. The board recommended that she was legally able to withhold two month’s rent as penalty for breaking a contract without due cause. Satisfied that it was morally ethical to withhold rent, but reluctant to withhold any more than one one month penalty, she returned the last months deposit while absorbing the loss of one months revenue herself. This condo is in a well-kept building as you can see from the photo. In addition, is is also in a nice location with all amenities and even recreational parkland close by–all you could want in the area where you wish to live. You would be able to secure a new tenant easily if not for for that ‘problem’. My daughter decided she would not try to rent until this situation was resolved. Having discussed the concepts in my copy of Manifesting 123, to her, she asked, “What’s it about?” I gave her a short synopsis. She is a quick study and ‘just the facts’ usually suffice. Learning about the movie technique gave her confidence, albeit a little jittery at times judging from some of her emails. Mortgage payments on two condos brought a heart jolting test of the principles outlined in Manifesting 123. It would have been all too easy to lament: “Oh, maybe shouldn’t have been so bold–should have just sold the unit.” But instead she held on. We continued to run the manifesting movie, visualizing perfect outcomes regarding the condo. I asked a few friends familiar with such issues to help. l explained that they picture a resolution of the issues and a new tenant arriving in a timely and easily obtained manner. The ‘problem’ didn’t get completely resolved until the end of August. This wasted a month of precious time when students come to the city looking for accommodations. Missing this prime time for rentals was definitely a blow. Many people, several a day for two weeks viewed the place but no luck. There were so many condos, including brand new ones flooding the market. However, we kept running our movie and by the middle of September ,a prospective tenant called from a city nearby, Ottawa. He and his partner were interviewed over Skype, cleared the credit and employment hurdle, then gasp – sent in the signed lease and deposit after viewing the condo online. In condo rentals, this particular couple was almost unheard of. It was easy as 1,2,3! He is a student at a college very close to this particular condo. It was a perfect fit. They moved in the last weekend of September. What a relief and a perfect resolution to a serious financial problem. Both my daughter and I credit Ken Elliott’s principles, as outlined in the book Manifesting 1,2,3 for the turnaround without a ruinous wait for a new tenant. Thanks for taking time out from those late night games of solitaire to write the book Ken. It was time well spent! From Louisa in Toronto and a pleased Mom. Nothing like a little stress during your vacation. Having two house payments was not the plan. I like Louisa’s forard-thinking style. She bought the second condo as a rental property at a very good price. She got the first tenant right away and booked her vacation to Europe. Nice! Then came the oops. Everything became complicated and real money was involved. Rather than panic and hold the money issue too tightly, she refunded half of the deposit when she could have held it all. She was generous with her financial view even during crunch time. Mom came to the rescue, recommending the simple manifesting methods in the book and they did the trick. Without physically seeing the condo, a new tenant appeared and signed the lease right on schedule. Nicely done! About the solitaire. As a full-time artist, I keep pretty busy. I was getting behind on projects, saying up too late and had no time for just me. Voila! Using the methods in the book, I visualized my future where all my time is perfectly synchronized. Shortly afterward, I found myself playing solitaire rather that working into the wee hours each night. I suddenly had personal time…it had been years. I soon shifted my schedule a bit and found the time to write this book The finished copy was in my hand in one month. It just wrote itself and all the assistance I needed appeared as if on cue. Now I have another career as an author, but my personal time is still intact. It is just the way I asked. Go figure.. Now go figure out what you would

At Last, They Found Happiness, Part 2

From part one, a short review: Read the entire part one As I reported in part one last week, Kevin was in Florida on business and Cynthia was in Denver. They had met on Match.com and had only been e-mailing a week but it seemed like much longer. Cynthia and Kevin used the secure Match.com email system which didn’t disclose each other’s last names or personal contact information and they continued on that basis by mutual agreement. Nevertheless, their numerous and increasingly deep emails were bringing their hearts together fast and created a strong, mutual attraction and soul connection. On Thursday morning via Match.com email, Kevin invited Cynthia to dinner at a mutually admired restaurant in Denver, Pappadeaux, and set a time six days away. This would be the first time they would actually meet: Wednesday at 6 o’clock. Cynthia excitedly accepted and felt they would have plenty of time to exchange names, contact information and a world of other things that night with more to come. What a week it had been! When Cynthia printed out their combined emails, it ran to 68 pages. In a very short time, they shared much! They were falling in love. Part two: Cynthia could see through Match’s email system that Kevin read her response accepting his dinner invitation in the early afternoon, but surprisingly, Kevin’s e-mails stopped completely. Friday came and went without Cynthia hearing from Kevin for another day. This was the first time since they met that a day had passed without an email from him. Cynthia was confused by the silence, very worried and she could feel her heart begin to break. Perhaps the love she was feeling wasn’t shared. Perhaps he got cold feet, or it was all just some fantasy. She had no way to call him as she didn’t have his last name or telephone number. She wrote twice through Match asking him to please communicate with her so they could work through whatever his concerns were, but even those emails remained unread. Cynthia was baffled and crushed. Then four days later on Monday morning, Cynthia received an email through the dating service. It was from Kevin’s daughter, Amanda, who had prompted her father to join Match. He had shared his Match login information with his daughter when he and Cynthia first started to communicate. Kevin’s daughter had crushing news. Kevin suffered a heart attack and died that Thursday a few hours after reading Cynthia’s last email. The doctors said it was so massive he died almost instantly. This couldn’t be happening. After all the countless hours Kevin and Cynthia had shared and felt in one weeks time, after finally feeling the happiness and joy that both of them had dreamed of finally finding, it had suddenly ended without their ever meeting. Kevin’s daughter was extraordinarily gentle and kind. In her email she told Cynthia that her dad was her hero. He told her to face life head on, as that is the only way to truly live. She and her Dad talked every day about Cynthia. Kevin confided in his daughter about Cynthia and how excited and happy he was about finding her. The daughter said that she had not seen her father this happy in a very long time. Amanda was grateful that in the last week of his life, her dad found the happiness he had been looking for. It was so bittersweet. Cynthia’s tears couldn’t stop. She was crushed by the news, but her heart was filled knowing that she had made this dear man very happy. He had done the same for her. Kevin had shown her that she was able to bring a deep love and soul connection into her life. The daughter did not leave any contact information and although Cynthia wrote back to her immediately through Match, Amanda never logged in again and Kevin’s account was closed. She tried to find a way to contact both his daughters, students in Denver, but all her efforts were unsuccessful. A few days later Cynthia gave me a call. It was Wednesday, the day she and Kevin were to meet at the Denver restaurant. She was very hurt and her grief was deep. We both agreed there was a lot more to this story and we began to look at it in-depth. In the span of only one week, two people had become very close to each other. At the start, the daughter persuaded her father to sign up for the dating service. Kevin made a good intention to find his romantic partner. Cynthia did the same, meticulously putting together her profile, a very strong intention, and praying earnestly for her positive outcome. Cynthia saw Kevin’s profile and contacted him, something Cynthia rarely did. They quickly made a very strong connection and their hearts opened. How wonderful, their hearts worked! It’d been so long since they felt love, they had forgotten what it was like. What good news – their hearts opened naturally and someone cared for them. What was gained? Cynthia knows a relationship is possible and it can happen again. Kevin showed her the way and by the example of how he lived his life, she knew she had to keep her heart open to love again. Yes, she longed for Kevin but took his advice to face life head on. Cynthia knows with a great certainty that she is attractive and worthy of kind, loving attention. It had been a long time coming, but it is a precious knowledge she will not relinquish. During our call, Cynthia was overcome with the weight of this evening. It was the night they would meet. She felt she had to do something besides be at home alone, so she came up with a plan. It was a brave, good idea. She wanted to take a red rose to the restaurant and lay it somewhere outside the front door, possibly in a flowerbox. It was a great gesture and we discussed the idea of perhaps

At Last, They Found Happiness, Part 1

Part 1 Since this series of newsletters began, there have been amazing manifesting stories in a lot of categories. People have manifested jobs, cars, houses, income and more. There are a number of relationships that have been manifested but the participants feel that those stories are still unfolding so they haven’t been talked about here, at least until now. This is an important story about a wonderful relationship. To be gentle with your feelings, I’ll tell you at the beginning that it was all too short. Cynthia is a lawyer. She is bright, professional and girl next-door cute. Her practice is a busy one. She represents people who were harassed, discriminated against, or unjustly fired from their jobs. It is challenging work and at times not as lucrative as she deserves, but it is her heart’s work. She has been single for some years now and after considerable thought, she decided to join Match.com, the online dating service. Her intention was to find that really good man with whom she would have the great and lifetime love with. Her bar was set very high and she let that be known on her online profile. She put a lot of effort into putting her best foot forward with her profile and very importantly, deciding what it is that she required in a relationship. Cynthia was creating a very large intention towards one goal: the best, loving relationship she can imagine. Then she went further. She prayed for it to be given to her. She had been on the dating service six months when she was saw Kevin’s profile. She wrote a short note to him and he quickly responded. He cleared the first hurdles with an ease, humor and vulnerability that she found attractive. He felt very comfortable with her as well and a flurry of emails ensued. Since they were communicating through the dating service, their true emails, last names and phone numbers were not revealed. It’s a standard protocol that provides a level of security for all the parties involved. A rich dialogue followed and their communication only became easier, opening up to wide variety of subjects. They were quickly beginning to know each other very well and their hearts were opening. Over the next few days they were in continual contact and wrote at least three long emails to each other every day. Kevin even changed his schedule, getting up earlier in the day so he could read and respond to Cynthia’s latest emails before going to work. In a very short time, they had spent countless hours getting to know each other better and further opening their hearts. They were realizing that this new relationship had real potential. Their needs, expectations and kind hearts were a real match. Each day brought new surprises, delights and comfort with one email following the other. Something wonderful was happening. They both talked about their tendencies to withhold information, to be careful in relationships. But the two of them had reached a new level and they were revealing themselves without the usual restraints. This was love emerging. They were both feeling things that they hadn’t felt in years. Kevin made the comment that only the young could feel this way, but obviously, his emotions were telling him otherwise. His feelings for Cynthia were enriching his life and at last someone was bringing Cynthia the happiness that she had been asking for. He said it was more than chemistry for him. It was magic, natural and fun. During this time, Kevin was in Tampa, FL on business. It had only been a week but it seemed like much longer. By mutual design, they still didn’t know each other’s last names or personal contact information. On Thursday morning, Kevin invited Cynthia to dinner at a mutually admired restaurant in Denver, Pappadeaux, and set a time six days away, Wednesday at 6 o’clock. Cynthia excitedly accepted and felt they would have plenty of time to exchange names and numbers, as well as world of other things that night, and for many others to come. Cynthia’s story will continue next week… Two people simply asked to be in a good and loving relationship. To have that relationship you dream of, just put forward the prayer, the intention. Don’t forget, someone else is doing the same and by asking, you are more than halfway there. Make your intention known every day and continue on with your normal life. Strive to be better in small ways. Perhaps you can treat those you meet as if you are with your perfect partner. Be aware that your good intention is forming, so act in attractive ways: just be kind, smile and get out a bit. Say yes more often because you have become the focus of your loving creation. Be patient and be ready. More of this remarkable story will follow Thanksgiving week.Let’s be grateful, Ken read part 2 Do you have a story of your own to share? Send it to Ken

Manifesting a Multiple Result!

It was a few years ago during the worst of the recent depression. The housing market was horrible and that is a very bad thing because I sell homes for a living. I was in a very bad spot. Since I wasn’t getting commissions, I was going into my savings and I could clearly see the bottom of that well. Perhaps I would get lucky, perhaps I had a tool I could use. Before Ken wrote Manifesting 123, we often discussed the techniques that he later wrote about. I had some successes and now it was time to use the techniques to help my struggling real estate career. I kept it simple and visualized success in my future career. Shortly after, I got an amazing call. My speciality is selling homes in an exclusive, gated community. Only a select group of builders are allowed to construct homes here and I’m familiar with most of them. So it was odd that I got a call from a builder I didn’t know well. He knew that I was very successful selling in this community (well before the crash anyway) and he wanted to talk to me. Of course I agreed and we soon met. In this community, there are few lots left to build on and even fewer parcels with multiple lots. Regardless of the current state of the economy, he was moving forward to build 50 new homes on a remaining parcel. The meeting was about my being the sales agent for all 50 homes! Details were worked out between us and many months after all the building permits, etc cleared it all came to pass. Building has begun and the first home has already sold! I simply worked to manifest success in my career, never dreaming that 50 homes would fall in my lap. Wow! W. Keep it simple and express you desire in unlimited terms. W. could have asked for a lot of house sales, but she just specified that her career was a success. Imagine selling 50 homes, all to different buyers with different circumstances. That would be great, but how about 50 homes over a period of time in a very efficient way.? Who would have thought of that? Since she didn’t limit the outcome she got a great result – more than she would have conceived of. By the way, she did weather the tough times. It wasn’t great, but she survived to enjoy the housing sales boom that followed. All is well and besides, she has 49 more homes beginning construction – a nice rainbow for months to come. Manifesting the New House and No Debt: part 2

Continued from November 8 L writes:Okay, so it was time for a brand new movie and I was ready for the challenge! But this time it was going to be about our house selling at full asking price. Since this was more of a “concept” than a visual image for my movie, I just pictured the phone ringing and our realtor calling to tell us our house was sold. But I also did something else in addition to that movie. Something I didn’t realize was extremely powerful until much later. I started talking about it…and talking about it. I went to work on Monday and told every single one of my co-workers that a for-sale sign was going out in my yard this upcoming Thursday and that my house would be SOLD by the end of the weekend. I practically bounced around the office singing it. My co-workers looked at me like I was completely nuts. One person went so far as to say to me, “don’t you think you have unrealistic expectations given the current economy?” But I didn’t care what that person thought. It wasn’t going to stop me. This was fun! I got $10k from the last movie in under two weeks so why not a couple hundred thousand for the house! I was all fired up to get this house sold right away and get the full asking price – so bring on the showings. And bring it on is exactly what happened. That for sale sign went up on Thursday and from Friday morning through Sunday evening we had a total of 26 showings! Our realtor told us she was in shock – she had never seen so many showings in such a short time. We would come back to the house in the evening and hubby and I would have fun looking at all the realtor cards left behind on the kitchen table, imagining which one would be “attached” to our buyer. There was one card left on Saturday that stood out to us as being the single most unimpressive business card of the lot. It was not the typical fancy gloss paper card with prominent realtor photo, and prominent realty company. Instead it was basically a homemade business card on plain white card stock with a giant picture of an eagle on it and the name of the realtor, and not a fancy realty company either. Okay, I thought at the time, that one was probably not going anywhere. Monday morning came around and no call from our realtor. Tuesday and Wednesday and still no call from the realtor. Hmmm…I was supposed to have this house sold this weekend. Be patient, I thought, maybe our “buyers” are just thinking about it. We had several more showings over these three days including the coveted “second showing” on Wednesday night. This could be the one, I thought. When we got back in our house that evening there was that crazy looking “eagle” card lying on the kitchen table. I didn’t know what to think at this point. Was this a joke or a serious buyer? This guy certainly didn’t “look” very professional from his card. I thought if we are going to get an over-market, full asking price offer I anticipated it would most likely be from a full price kind of realtor, not the eagle card guy. Maybe I needed to be more “serious” about my movie and stop having so much fun. I had no idea. I kept on with my movie every evening undaunted, but “leave the doubt out” I thought. Then Thursday afternoon we got a call from our realtor. We had an offer. And, drum roll please…it was for full asking price! We asked who the buyer’s realtor was and if you haven’t already guessed it, it was the guy with the eagle card! We learned the buyers were a young couple that just moved here 3 months ago from another state and their realtor was a friend who knew the city. They were renting a house two streets over from ours and wanted to stay in the neighborhood because it was close to work. Our realtor told us they fell in love with our kitchen and master bath, and the icing on the cake for them was the pink painted room with the name “Gabrielle” painted over the bed. Their daughter was the same age as our, with the EXACT same name and a fondness for the color pink too. We also found out they had decided to buy the house on Saturday but needed a few days to get some of their finances in order. Wow. We really did “sell” our house in a weekend. And not only did we get what we wanted, our buyers got what they wanted too. What an amazing feeling of gratitude I felt. Now it was time to find our next home…and that of course meant a brand new movie. Once again I kept it very specific and very simple. In my movie we had a house on a cul-de-sac, nice neighbors with kids our kids could play with, no interior painting necessary (we were still exhausted from all the painting we did in our current house), a great view out the back with no homes behind us and lots of yard between us and our neighbors. I also added that we would find this house in three day’s time. I figured it took two weeks on the first movie, one week on the second movie, what the heck? Let’s go for three days on the third movie We looked at about a dozen houses in two days and none of them panned out. Some we just drove by and ruled out if they were even remotely similar to our current home. On the third day our realtor called early in the morning and excitedly told us she found us our house. It had been on the market for almost six months

Manifesting the New House and No Debt: part 1

From L :  Ken had just recently introduced me to the process of creating my “movie” and I was excited to begin.  Something I had been hoping for was a new house – bigger, and friendly neighbors that had kids the same age as my kids.  I had a real simple goal without much detail or any specific expectations other than to just to be in a home anywhere other than where we were now.  The timing couldn’t have been worse. We were right in the middle of the real estate market meltdown and our neighborhood, a planned suburban community of high-density, tract style homes had been really hard hit. Foreclosed homes were everywhere in our neighborhood. Once abandoned, it didn’t take long for those homes to show visible signs of decay and disrepair which in turn brought down the value of all the homes in the community. To add insult to injury, it seemed like all of our surrounding neighbors had succumbed to being “mentally foreclosed upon.” Lawns started looking shabby, garages were being turned into storage units for piles and piles of stationary junk, and driveways and curbs were overflowing with cars creating more of a parking lot look than a nice family neighborhood with wide open streets.  It was like a train wreck in slow motion that you just couldn’t avoid watching, and we were stuck in it. Then one night my husband came home from work and announced, “Honey, it’s time to sell the house.” He learned the city would be funding a project to widen the road behind our home to four lanes. Then they would erect an 8 foot high sound proof barrier wall made of concrete! This of course was to help mitigate the excessive traffic noise we would begin to experience, but once the road was widened, but it would also make our backyard look very different. Okay, I was definitely in full panic mode as I had no idea, given all of these circumstances, how in the heck were we going to sell our home in a depressed market and get enough equity out of it to buy something bigger. We sat down with pen, paper and calculator to “run the numbers.” The long and short of it was we needed to first pay off the $10,000 debt we accrued in order to upgrade and remodel our kitchen and master bath. So that night after putting my four year old to bed, I laid beside him while he nodded off and in the quiet peacefulness of the moment, I began to create my very first manifesting movie. In my movie I envisioned myself sitting at my computer at work, and as I often do, opening up my bank’s webpage to check our bank balance. There on the page under the “actual balance” column I pictured the nice round sum of $10,000. That was it. Nothing fancy and nothing complicated. Now in retrospect, I probably should have added another couple thousand to my balance so there would be some money left over after the debt was paid, but hey, I was new to this whole manifesting movie thing. $10k was just a nice round number, pleasant to look at and easy to visualize. So I did this every night without fail and I often found myself smiling as a huge sense of relief would wash over me that we could pay off our debt. I was really in that movie – heart and soul – and it felt good to be there too! On a Thursday evening about 12 days into my $10k bank balance movie, as I like to call it, my husband handed me one of those bank deposit receipts. With a big smile on his face he told me he had finally closed the client he had been working on for almost a year. The commission from the sale had been much more than he originally anticipated. I looked at the deposit slip and it said $9,150. Woo Hoo! Now we only needed $850 to pay off our debt. The next day at work was a Friday pay day and the first week of the month. That’s when about a half a dozen bills hit our account, including the mortgage, I opened up my bank account’s web page to check our bank balance and there it was. Under the column for actual balance it read: $10,000.52.  I just about fell out of my chair!  We had the amount we needed to pay off the debt and that was BEFORE my paycheck was to be deposited later that day. I jumped up out of my chair and leapt for joy. It worked…it really worked! The realtor we contracted with told us our home was the best looking one on the block, and given the improvements we had done to the kitchen and the master bath, she said we would draw a lot of foot traffic. However, given the current market/economy, it was doubtful we would get our full asking price: $15,000 higher than what other homes in our neighborhood were currently being appraised for. Okay, so it was time for a brand new movie and I was ready for the challenge! In the next newsletter: How they sold their house for full price in a bad market and buying the new home at below market price. This is a long story so it will continue next week. It clearly illustrates how a seemingly impossible situation can come together perfectly. So far, so good! Results from the Sky and the Ground

I just returned from a trip to a large farm in Canada. I was invited up by a wonderful couple that run the farm. There are far too many good things to share here, but I was honored to be there in the gracious company of the owners Ty and Janice. I spent time with their great family and three sweet people that worked the ranch as well.I saw marvelous things on the trip – just like I manifest each day. I really don’t specify what good things I see in the world, only that they give me happiness. The Milky Way was better than I could have imagined. This farm is a big operation with cattle, pigs, and organic vegetables. It is a complex set of opportunities, problems and big expenses. Lately Ty and Janice have been trying to figure out the right mix economically and also follow their heart’s desire. What would they really like to do with all the farming options available? Capital is not unlimited, so after a lot of effort and thought, they began to expand their favorite, the organic vegetable operations. They put out their intention to successfully grow additional crops and also for a clear route to sell more. They also required a graceful expansion in step with the increased demand. It’s tricky. The crop came in big. They used all their resources to bring in their standard harvest. They were elated with their overage, but all those extra vegetables this season created a big problem. How to get them out of the fields and into market with just the two owners and three helpers? Hire more people? Spend for more equipment? They did decide to buy a large hoop-shaped greenhouse structure (high-tunnel.) They could only afford one since they cost thousands of dollars, even used. They would continue to grow vegetables in the open and expand their framing under the protection of the greenhouses. They would get more helpers to harvest and buy more greenhouses as they could afford to. That’s a great plan but at the moment, they had a LOT of vegetables in the fields without enough help to harvest and package the bounty. They had almost manifested a perfect plan to this point, but the skies came into play. They had a major hailstorm that demolished the excess crop in the fields. It was a big blow. All that they did by working hard every day was wiped out instantly. Then something marvelous happened. The company that sold them their hoop from called with information about 5 more. A farm had been sold for development and the hoops were not wanted by the new owners. If Ty and Janice were interested, they could have these very expensive greenhouse hoops for free! An elegant, long-term solution appeared. Yes, they lost this bumper corp but it didn’t matter. Their season came out just fine without the excess vegetables. With the extra greenhouses, they could expand operations in their preferred way, organic vegetables, and grow them in protected greenhouses. With the money they saved, they could hire more help and quickly expand with less risk. By the way, the farm’s vegetables are in increasing demand each year. The hail didn’t matter and they were saved the problem of handing more crops before they were ready. Just ask. You will get a good solution. Sometimes what we desire has a lot of moving parts. We can’t foresee every contingency. Use the manifesting techniques once a day to point yourself to the future of your choosing. Ty and Janice have a lot on their plate, but over time they learned that the worries (now down-graded to concerns) get solved in regular or amazing ways. They have been manifesting for some time and they no longer spend energies in worry, they continue moving toward the goals they choose. “It just works out,” they say, simple as that. …those that know me would be shocked to hear me say that I miss those yummy vegetables. $10,000 Redeaux, Spooky!

Just in… Cindy was reading the newsletter from last Monday. In the newsletter,  Melanie got her big job offer only hours after making her intention for $10,000 by the end of the year.  story After reading Melanie’s story from last week, Cindy writes: It happened all in the same day.  In your newsletter I saw the photo of $10,000, and visualized it floating down to me. I thought about how wonderful it would be to ensure that I can cover my house refinance this week. I thought about the stories I’ve read on your website about manifesting perfect homes, so imagined holding the $10,000 in my hand. Later the same day, my daughter came to the house, having come straight from her bank, with $10,000 cash to give to me! I had sold some jewelry long ago to help pay for her college education.  She found out recently that some of her student loans will be forgiven due to unforeseen circumstances, so she wanted to give me $10,000 back. Such a miracle!  And so fast! Your long-term friend and associate, Cindy What’s the difference between a big miracle and a little one? How could something so big happen so fast??? Maybe it is because Cindy not only asked for this but she used the new techniques in the book to manifest her desire. So,  What’s the difference between a big miracle and a little one? NOTHING. Spooky, huh? Take full advantage of this great gift we have all been given! Make this Halloween a Hallowed one. Listen to the radio link below and hear me explain how. Happy Halloween! $10,000 by the end of the year?

Over the past couple months my dear friend Kelly has referenced “manifesting,” and Ken Elliott. Because I trust her and am always encouraged by her suggestions, I eventually ordered the book Manifesting 123 for my Kindle. During a very busy week, I took a break for lunch and began the book. Early in the book when Ken said, “If you never turn another page in this book that’s perfectly okay, but allow me this request: I want you to make some wishes. They are just for you, no one else,” I thought, I will! My wish was simple.” I want to make $10,000 before the end of the year.” Within the next couple of hours, I received an email from a recruiting specialist in my industry. She wanted to talk to me about a Director’s position with a large firm! Remember the sonic booms we used to hear when jets were breaking the sound barrier? That was me! Not for just the inquiry, but the fact I’d just put my wishes out there! I had a power jolt of joy to my being. Whether I understood the results or not, I felt strengthened and affirmed. This quick response to my wish cleared my vision . . . heart vision that is! It raised the temperature of my believe-ometer! I have an interview in two days and I am stoked. Will I get the job or if offered, will I take it? Time will tell. I have my own business currently and everything will work out – I will know. That’s my cleared vision talking. After my getting the email, I immediately texted Kelly and shared the news. She replied with, “Ken wants to know if he can call you about your story.”  Before I can respond, “BAM,” Ken is called while I was still in the joy of my experience. I affirmed his profound insights and direction with the book and the website www.manifesting123.com! During the call, Ken said something that I will take to the bank, or rather deposit into my wisdom account. He said, “It’s time for you to be taken care of so you have the time to do what you are here to do. If you are out foraging all day for nuts and berries just to survive, then there is little time left for anything else.” These words resonate like the freshness of a Rocky Mountain stream and are now in the Divine Ether where wishes are born and delivered. I’m reading the rest of Manifesting 123 and it will be my newest give away to all for whom I get that little nudge . . . and our children. Melanie Dreams do come true… yours! Melaine didn’t hesitate. What did she have to loose by trying? We have seen a lot of stories where people are looking for a specific result and it came true. Often the result comes about in an unexpected way. Melanie was very specific about making $10,000 by the end of the year. It will be interesting to see how this all works out. It’s a manifesting story in progress. She got a very quick response to her request and coincidence or not, something big is in motion. She may not get or want the job, but this happy call could indicate that good things are coming Melanie’s way. If not with this contact, then via a large number of other possible outcomes. There is the equivalent of that new job or money. Some people see their bills drop – the equivalent of having more money to pay the rent. In her own business, Melanie has any number of ways to hit the mark. That’s why she is in business after all. At the core of this is living happily and comfortably. We want our bills covered without worry and a nice place to live and thrive. So at a minimum, ask for, manifest the basics so you can have the time for others dear to you and to possibly be of service to others. Rather than struggling to survive, you will have the the resources and energy to be and do more. It’s not a lot to ask and aspire to, so give it a try. We are cheering you on Melanie and ourselves as well, Ken Notes: Got a story to pass on? We’d love to hear more!
