Sometimes Manifesting Has to Wait

Special announcement: Beginning this month, I will publish this newsletter twice a month, on the 1st and 3rd Friday. Your wonderful manifesting stories continue to come in, and thank you for those, but more of my personal time is being taken up with the happy manifestations of more success in my art career and with someone special in my life. There will be more on that in the future, but for now, continue to enjoy and be uplifted by the stories from people everywhere. It is my joy and honor to receive them and  to continue to pass them on here. There are now well over 300 manifesting stories on the websiteand searchable by topics. Get the book or e-book,read the stories online and manifest the dreams of your lifetime! About this story: I met G. last week when he was working on an air conditioning problem. His story reminded me that the dreams of kids and grownups are both valid, and if you keep repeating that dream, your thoughts will begin to build what you visualize. Then there is the part about when you are ready… Ken G. writes: When I was about 12 years old, my family and I used to come out to Colorado every year for winter ski vacations. After one of those vacations I had such a good time I told my parents on the way home that I was going to move to Colorado someday. Looking back, I didn’t really think about it all the time, or manifest this idea in a formal way with wish lists, etc. but it was a clear goal for me. I was 22 when I graduated from a Heating / AC Tech school. Early on I had a plan for that to be my career path, and that trade suited me. I immediately decided to look for a job in Colorado but I was turned down for lack of experience. Fortunately, I did apply for an opening in Nebraska and was quickly hired. The years I spent there were really good for me. I was new at this, so still had to get my feet underneath me and learn all the aspects of the trade. Experience is a wonderful thing and allowed me to make a better living and my job became a bit easier and more rewarding. Was I still thinking about moving to Colorado? Yes, but I had settled into a comfortable life in Nebraska and all was well. I was even getting some golf in, and that’s when the next big thing happened. While playing golf with a friend, he told me about a job opening for someone with my experience in Colorado. I jumped right on it, called about the job and I was quickly hired. It was life-changing for me and I couldn’t be happier. For the last 18 years I have been living the dream that began when I was 12. I am a Colorado resident living and working in the ski country year-round and grateful for every day here. By the way, business is great! As it turned out, every moment I spent in Nebraska was necessary for me to build up the experience required for the Colorado offer. Even though I wasn’t actively looking for a position in Colorado, the job offer came to me within 6 months of my having the necessary skills to qualify. Once I was ready, my path was opened to me. I was amazed at how it all came together, but after talking to Ken about manifesting and the book he wrote, it all makes perfect sense. Now I’m working on another idea, something else I would like to do and I’m going to make it happen by manifesting it. G.   Go to the Interviews Page to see and hear Ken talking about Manifesting 123 and you don’t need #3. There is new information here and you won’t hear it anywhere else. It is so simple. Even Small Intentions Can Create the Dreams of a Lifetime

So, I fell into my current career path by accident. I was taking care of a boyfriend who had a major injury and was on crutches for five years. Eventually we broke up but remained friends. It was a good thing because he recommended me to a acquaintance of his that had Parkinson’s disease and needed full-time help. She became my first client. As time went on, I thought it would be more practical for me to live in her home rather than commute, so I brought it up to my client. I was without a home at the time and I had never planned providing live-in care as part of my future, but the idea mysteriously came to me and my client agreed. I remained there for 3 1/2 years. Being with this client enabled me to build my skills in taking care of someone, making their life comfortable and being of service to them during the dying process. She was very kind to me and upon her death, she gifted me some money. Her gift allowed me to take time for myself so I decided to travel to Scotland and Ireland. I really fell in love with Scotland and cried before I left the Highlands. I decided that the next time I would forgo the rental car and get closer to the land via bicycle. (And I did) Shortly after my return to the U.S., I looked at my bank account and said, “Oh my, you need a job and quickly!” Less than an hour later, the phone rang and it was a husband looking for my services. I was hired to help his wife and she survived for two months. That job was just what I needed and it came incredibly fast! After her death, I saw that my bank account was once again in serious shape with maybe $250 total, so I began to map out my future. In my mind I was working on how I wanted things to be. In the interim, I ended up living with at my brother’s house. After a few days there, I found a dime on the floor. I thought, “Is someone talking to me?” Apparently, because my intentions I had been working on manifested the very next day. A friend of my first client, a woman I met earlier and really admired, asked if I had a job, and I said no. She offered to fly me out to East Coast to help for a few weeks and I jumped at the chance. Two days later, I was on the plane traveling first class and was met at the airport by her hired limousine. Everything went very well with us and we decided that it would be a good idea for me to care for her as a full-time, live-in caregiver. This part gets interesting because she has 3 homes different parts of the U.S and each is visited at different times of the year. Amazingly, it just so happens that each of her homes is in a different state where I happen to have my own family spread out across the country. In the same 3 states I have two of my sons and their grandchildren, my daughter’s family and grandson, some best friends and my mother. I am traveling to these states throughout the year with my client at no cost to me and I am able to visit all of my family and best friends. It is absolutely amazing how this worked out that way. I am almost 4 years now with this client. She is elderly and she does need help with certain things but the work I do for her comes with a lot of companionship. We enjoy each other’s company and we are both travel bugs. In addition to visiting her 3 homes, we travel abroad a couple of times a year and see a lot of the world together. I’ve acquired many flier miles with the airlines and have had the pleasure of many miles on private flights – it is like first class and then some. It all started with the simple act of asking for what I required andI putting it out to the universe. Yes, I was under pressure, but I didn’t limit what the best solution would be for me and I didn’t panic and worry myself sick about how my positive outcomes would happen or when. I asked and stayed out of the way, allowing my best solution to be selected from the largest number of scenarios. It all worked out better than I could have imagined and I am so very grateful! Surrendering Can Be the Most Powerful Option

When we are manifesting, a number of tools are available to us. We are allowed to create anything on our own, a powerful gift. We can also call for help and Dana offers a powerful tool we should all be aware of. Why not use it all the time? Ken  Dana writes: I was being displaced from my current office lease for the second time in within nine months. When I had to move my office the first time, I was working out of a center with 10 other people, each with businesses of their own and we were all devastated when the building was repurposed in a way that wouldn’t allow us to renew our leases. Once we were displaced, some of us moved into another center and thankfully, one of them offered to rent me a portion of their space. This loosely affiliated group of 10 consists of healing practitioners of various disciplines. The person I was sharing the 2ndspace with would be leaving in less than a year but I was glad to have something to office from. What was really needed was a space like a community center for all of the practitioners in a rent– stable place. I thought, “Oh man I don’t want to manage people,” but something had to be done.I have used the manifesting techniques in Manifesting 1,2,3 and you don’t need #3many times and sometimes I put a little bit more muscle “on top.” In this case, I called the angels in to help with my manifesting. I told the angels to bring in the perfect place with perfect partners, at the perfect price, and perfect location. I didn’t add any other limiting ideas and let my intention go out in gratitude. Even as I put the angels on my manifesting idea, I could feel that I was in the way of my good outcome. I was still upset with the idea of moving again and now that it is later in the year, I am about to lose the space I’m currently sharing in just two weeks. Being upset or fearful will block or entangle good intentions, so I had to eliminate that fear. Time was running short and even the angels on the job, I was getting really fearful and tense. I HAD to get out of the way, so I made the move that is a bit hard for me. I told God, “I surrender.” I needed this situation resolved and I didn’t even a date on when I needed the next office space…. just make it all work, please. It was a pure surrender. Here’s what happened next:  Within one day of my surrendering, I had four office leases to pick from. I made an appointment to see space #1 and it was  really good for just me, with a small classroom too, but I really felt like all of the other practitioners needed to stay together as a community. It was a good space for my needs, so I put a hold on this space and drove to the next one. As soon as I walked in, I immediately saw that this second space was everything I was looking for as well as a great space for all of the others. It was completely turn-key and it was priced so low I thought it was a mistake! It was absolutely affordable even if I didn’t have other renters. I could do it myself. There were three offices for practitioners and a huge classroom. The person that owned the space had started a spiritual community and she was happy to learn that I was planning to do the same.I wouldn’t have to start from scratch to reach the spiritual community she already had worked five years put together… amazing! We were both so grateful and the owner made me a deal I couldn’t refuse and I took it! So now I’m carrying on her legacy program thanks to her mailing list and mine. At our first event there we had about 450 people show up. The place was on fire! I was so humbled by the instant success.Prior to moving into this new space, I really didn’t pay attention to what was going on around me. I was so focused on moving forward all the time and getting the bills paid, etc., I had no idea there was so much support around me. All I had to do was surrender. It’s interesting that when I recognized I was in my own way, I could remember the sour attitude I carried with me. I was just pouting because I had to move again and there was all that work to be done. My surrender brought amazing results and quickly! The solution was delivered on a level that I I couldn’t even imagine and it came in so effortlessly. My new landlady was a wonderful, spiritual person and as I quickly learned so was the building handyman that did so much to ease my move. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of the help! Grateful? Pay it Forward

Louise writes: A few years ago, I met a young woman that had just gone through a terrible divorce. Her husband had become a meth addict, stole her money and she had to start all over financially. There where a number of women gathered together for dinner that heard her story and of course, we agreed that it was terrible. The young woman explained that she was trying to find a new job and she made the statement, “They may not like me there.” I spoke up and told her that she could have more control over this outcome if she started saying seven grateful things every day. The grateful things could be small or important, but the idea is to do this every day with the intention of feeling the gratitude that surrounds you. For instance, I’m grateful for my perfect health. I’m grateful for my wonderful, loving partner. I’m grateful that my bills and expenses are always paid. I’m grateful for that fantastic trip to the Grand Canyon that I took with the family 3 years ago. Grateful things can be from the present or the past. What happens is that these grateful thoughts can open the way for more of the same and help to clear away the negative ideas we carry. The book actually describes what your thoughts can do and how it works. I have read Manifesting 123 and you don’t need #3 and I have given away a number of copies to all sorts of people. The book taught me about gratitude and how powerful it is. I know that when I am short on time, I will always start the day with the seven grateful things. It’s a very simple process and I thought it would be the perfect thing for her to start with. I put a question to her, “What would you change to make your life happier now?” I went on to say that next, she should take that idea and visualize it. Imagine it in a way where she can clearly see that is has happened. In the case of the job she was concerned about, she would imagine that she is in the office and firmly established in her new career. She went to work on her visualizations right away and I heard from her the very next day. She explained that the job application already on file there had been approved and she got the job! After working at that job for year, she decided to further her career by getting an advanced, two-year degree in her specialty. She called me and once again, we talked about how she created her past successes. Once again, she was worried about her prospects, but this time, I sent her the Manifesting 1,2,3 book and told her to use the simple visualizations along with the seven grateful things discussed there. I added to be sure and use both methods faithfully every day. There was another goal in her life, and that was to find her life partner. After that awful relationship in her past, she was reluctant to try again. I heard from her mom the other day and she gave me some good news. Her daughter was well established in the new job her degree provided and that she had also met someone! The mom thanked me and explained that with my help, she had really changed her daughter’s life. I will take credit for helping out and getting the book to her, but she did the work and Manifesting 1,2,3 and you don’t need #3 made it easy. Favorite Stories from the 1st 6 Months of 2019

One of the best things about editing this newsletter is to receive your stories and meet the people behind them. Each one is personally important, inspirational, and I get to pass them on to you. Here are some of my favorites from the year so far. Get Manifesting 1,2,3 and you don’t need #3 and create the stories you desire! Ken   Romance “It wasn’t going to be easy. There were some tiffs and a lot of breakups. Overcoming doubt was difficult for me in this situation.” Bring Me the Deal of the Century! “Our 30th wedding anniversary was coming up, a Very Special Event and my husband and I decided on a trip to the Bahamas and to stay at a first-class resort. Once our two grown kids heard about it, they wanted to go as well but it would be way too expensive for pay for the four of us.” Prison, Prayer and Then the Miracles Found Me “My name is J. and going on 40 years ago, I went to prison for a very serious crime that resulted in a life sentence. I spent over half my life in there. I didn’t pray, I didn’t do anything in there for a long time. Then came a time in my life when I prayed to God for myself and my sister who was homeless. I wanted to help her and to get help myself. I had been in prison for well over 20 years and there were times when I lost hope but for the most part, I was continuing my prayers for a release and thinking of better days ahead.” I Dared to Dream Big. Could it Happen? “We started out with pretty humble beginnings. My wife and I didn’t have any family money or anything like that. We knew that everything we achieved had to come from our own resources. We always wanted to have a comfortable home with a significant piece of property for cattle and horses. I didn’t understand how that could ever happen, but it was our dream just the same. I Went Down, Down, Down and Then I Asked For Help This is a newsletter about Manifesting, but it is really about asking in any form. When we repetitively think of things, our thoughts begin to actually begin to build what we think, those ‘good’ or ‘bad’ thoughts. When we ask or pray, there are often results as well. It’s my feeling that there are always results, but we may be unable or unaware enough to see them. In this story from T., he was clearly shown that his prayers were heard. Bringing it All Together Before the Baby Arrives! “Have you ever been completely overwhelmed, trying to bring a lot of important, loose ends under control? Here’s an inspiring story that illustrates how manifesting can simply and powerfully create amazing results!” Manifesting the Perfect New Home and Move at the Perfect Time “A few months ago, I told Ken about how I manifested a new job but not the right job. Despite my frustration, we laughed a lot and he explained to me that when Manifesting I need to be SPECIFIC.” Where Do You Want to Go? Manifest It! Here is a classic story around a singular thought that was repeated and reinforced constantly. Does it sound easy or too good to be true? You would be correct, but that’s how manifesting works. Watch Your Words, Romance May Be Waiting! “One of the guys asked me, ”Do you think you will ever get married again?” “I don’t think so,” I said. If I do, I’m going to Minnesota and find my wife there.” Read on…   Go to the Interviews Page to see and hear Ken talking about Manifesting 123 and you don’t need #3. There is new information here and you won’t hear it anywhere else. You’ve Got a Friend. Manifest Together!

Tina writes: This last Christmas Day I called my very good friend Cheryl in Southern California. She couldn’t talk at that moment and asked if we could talk in 15 minutes (it had been a month or so since we last talked.) When she called me back, I had already sat myself down to be undistracted for our conversation. She let me know that in October she had learned the breast cancer she had been treated for 1 ½ years ago had metastasized to her liver. It was stage 4 and inoperable. She said she had purposefully not told friends, family or her work about the cancer. I was devastated. The next day I called her and said I was coming to California to see her ASAP. She said to come in two weeks, that would be the best time, so I booked my flight right then. She also said that she and her husband were watching the series Heartland. For the next two weeks I hardly left my house and I binge-watched Heartland. I was in a funk. At the same time, I enlisted my other good friend in Arizona (also named Cheryl) to put California Cheryl on her prayer list. We envisioned a positive outcome and saw her bathed in health. During this time, I wouldn’t allow myself to think of the California Cheryl’s diagnosis. I flew to California to see here and my visit was exceptional. I was so grateful to have been able to go. Since the visit, California Cheryl had continued to get positive results from the chemo and her change in diet (no sugar.) Since April I had been practicing the song “You’ve Got a Friend” by Carole King for my voice class recital. When I practiced singing it, I sang to California Cheryl. On May 4th, California Cheryl called to tell me that her most recent cat scan showed NO CANCER!!! Just writing that gives me the chills. Tina Thank you, Tina for this remarkable story!! Our intentions matter and our repetitive thoughts create form. To that thought simply add a positive emotion like gratitude or lovingly sing out loud if you like. The added emotion will amplify your thought and more efficiently create the outcome you require. Keep in mind that when two people are manifesting the same goal, it is even more powerful. Ken   Get Manifesting 1,2, 3 and you don’t need #3 and quickly learn how your thoughts create in real-time. I Bottomed Out but I Rejected Negativity. Would Patience and Gratitude Work?

Liza writes: At our lowest points we need a different word for low. Every single thing that I had valued in my heart, physical and emotional, had been completely zeroed out from my heart. It had been wiped clean. I had lost my husband and I was about to be evicted from my home, widowed with no place to go. I was not well and couldn’t work at the time, so I had no income and no prospects. I knew about manifesting with vision boards and lists, but I didn’t have the energy to do anything except sit on the porch and continue to know it would be OK. Whatever had brought me to this point would get me to the next place and that it would be special. I absolutely knew in the depths of me that something would happen but I had no idea of the what or how, but I knew I would be OK. I would allow help and not succumb to negativity. The next day, that’s right, the next day, a friend that I had not heard from in several years called me. I was shocked to hear from her. She said, “I’m so happy to find you. Are you still doing artwork?” I was glazed and confused but I managed to say, “Oh yeah, of course I am.” She told me she had massive water damage in her home recently. She told me that the whole lower part of her house and many of the commissioned artworks I had completed years before were damaged. She asked if I would come up tomorrow and take a look at everything. Arriving the next day, I caught her up on my difficulties and she asked, “So where are you going to go?” I said, “I have no idea,” and she told me I could stay with her. This a mega, multimillion-dollar home with I don’t even know how many square feet. Every inch is immaculately designed and beautiful, a paradise. At the time, my soul was stripped down but I had just been offered a glorious place to live that was full of the art that I loved and we created together 15 years before. There were murals on the walls, ceilings and works on canvas from a peak creative time. It would be like a homecoming, so I said yes to her kind offer! I would have a safe place to stay. I had been rescued by an angel. The owner outlined a lot of work for me to do, repairing my wall murals and making new ones. It was going to take months and she wanted me to stay in her home the entire time while I worked on all of those projects. She provided home, shelter and food for me. She would ask me if I would do small errands for her like going to the grocery so I didn’t have the chance to completely collapse in on myself. In October of that year, I got a call informing me that my daughter was in hospice and that I was needed in North Carolina. My daughter had been sick off and on for over a decade but in the last year she had been critically sick. This was going to be hard for us after all the times she had rallied before and carried on. Three very dear friends saw to it that I had an airplane ticket and within three days I was there in hospice with her. She passed a few weeks later, leaving me unmoored once again. I flew back to the same environment that thankfully offered me unconditional space to grieve, to work on the art projects, or whatever I needed to do at the time. There were always small things to keep me busy and to keep my mind going. Because of her understanding and grace, I wasn’t on a deadline, I was completely cared for and allowed to heal. Sometime later, I made the acquaintance of someone that helped to bring me out of my depths. It was like what happens to a drowning person that is given CPR and on their revival, they take that first breath, choosing to live. I began to do artworks for a gallery and larger mural commissions started coming in. I realized that earlier, I couldn’t visualize a future or ask or pray for solutions. Before, I didn’t have the ability to conceptualize anything, but not anymore. I began to imagine that I could find my next place to live and be able to support myself. All of that came to pass as well, but that’s another story! Throughout all of this, I kept going back to what it is that created me. The power that innately holds the cells in my body together, Source. It’s my feeling that I am one with source or God but it is God that does the work. My role is to do my best, reject negativity and be continually open and grateful. When I was in need, synchronicity kicked in at an extraordinary pace. My needs were food, shelter, compassion and a way to support myself. It was always provided, sometimes in the most amazing ways. I was always excepting it to be so and no matter what, I was always grateful.  Grateful, grateful, grateful! Manifesting for Others: Got it Fixed in Five Days (reprise story)

Last Sunday, my mom and I were on the way to the theater and the “check engine” light came on in her car. She became very agitated and stressed because she loves the freedom of the open road and suddenly no longer felt safe driving her car. I suggested that we start manifesting a solution. However, she was really too stressed to hear me and simply couldn’t focus on manifesting or anything else other than getting home and parking her car in the garage. So I quietly started to run a “movie” about her car being fixed for an “affordable and reasonable price” by someone reliable so that she would once again feel safe in her car. On Monday morning I called her and asked what the game plan was for the car. She said she was working on some options. Once again, I quietly ran the “movie”. On Tuesday afternoon, I asked her what options she had thought of. She had made a list of garages that she was going to call for estimates. I suggested that she should also call the dealership just for a price comparison. As I hung up the phone, I again ran the “movie”. On Wednesday when I talked to her, she had called 3 garages and the dealership. Surprisingly, the dealership had the best prices and she had booked an appointment for the next morning. As I fell asleep, I ran the “movie” – twice this time just to supercharge it! Bright and early Thursday morning she had her appointment at the dealership. About 2pm, I received a text message from mom saying that the mechanic had run a complete diagnostic and couldn’t find anything wrong. He reset the onboard computer and the “check engine” light went off. The mechanic also gave her a short list of items that should be checked in the next few months, but nothing that would stop her from driving safely in her car. As she went to check out with the cashier, they washed and vacuumed her car. When she asked the cashier how much she owed, the cashier told her that the diagnostic fee had been waived and she didn’t owe anything … not one cent!!! How is that for an “affordable and reasonable price”?!  LOL!!  Thank you, thank you for teaching me how to run the “movie”!!  😀 With enormous gratitude and appreciation, Sandi Can you have influence beyond yourself? Yes you can. In manifesting anything is possible if you can think it…and here comes the qualifier. You can certainly help yourself but when it comes to directly helping others, your intentions are often less effective. Those that are close to us are within their own walk in life, with the everyday ups and downs for their individual lives. You can’t simply step in and run their 100 yard dash or take their calculus exam. These challenges for for them to learn. The good news is that you can have influence in the field around yourself and others as well. I can’t know with certainty, but perhaps the engine repair wasn’t mom’s ‘test,’ it was an everyday problem waiting for a solution. The happy result could have been just one of those nice events that come along or perhaps Sandi had some influence in mom’s field. It’s an encouraging story and as someone said to me after a manifesting success of my own, “Now do you see what you can do?” Sandi, don’t stop now! Prison, Prayer and Then the Miracles Found Me

Gary is a good friend, someone I have known for years and it was Gary who introduced me to J. and told me a bit about him.The two of them recently came out to do some work around my home . When I heard J’s story, I asked him if he would share it with you. Once J. began to speak, it became very difficult for him to relive parts of his experience. He is sharing now to give us hope and to offer an example of what prayer can do. Ask. We are all worthy regardless of how we may think of ourselves.  Ask for all manner of things with prayer and create by manifesting. First, you begin by asking. Thank you, J. and Gary for bringing this story to us all.  Ken My name is J. and going on 40 years ago, I went to prison for a very serious crime that resulted in a life sentence. I spent over half my life in there. I didn’t pray, I didn’t do anything in there for a long time. Then came a time in my life when I prayed to God for myself and my sister who was homeless. I wanted to help her and to get help myself. One day my sister hitchhiked to the prison to see me. She was homeless at the time and it took a lot of effort to make that trip. When she was on the road hitchhiking back, a couple driving by pulled over to pick her up. They took the time to talk to her and then they decided not only to drive her back, but to pitch in and really help her. They stayed close to her and  got her back on her feet. They helped her find a place to live and how to use her social security and other programs to get by financially and have a better life. The three of them became good friends and they continued to help her get the things she needed. While still in prison, I helped her as well, whenever I could. Sometime later, my sister told them my story and how I was hoping for parole. The husband was a lawyer in a big city firm and he went to work on my case without charge. The system is a nightmare and it took a long time for to move my case forward. The husband was there for my parole hearings and after years of effort, God and that kind couple got me out of prison for good. Once I was released, it was through that same couple that I next met Gary – he is a good man that did occasional work for the couple. Gary is always busy doing home repairs and needed another person he could trust to help him with his business. Gary trusted me and gave me the chance I needed  and just in time. I’m doing all right now. I have a car and driver’s license, a good place to live, and I have a more positive outlook on life. I thank God every day. I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for God, my answered prayers and the efforts and trust of kind strangers. I am amazed at how it all turned around, impossible as it seemed and I am grateful. J.
